Best tire shop in Chicagoland bar none.Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? This review is long overdue. I've been taking my car to DuPage Tire & Auto for almost 6 years when I purchased a used vehicle and found out the original owner had the vehicle serviced there. Recently that car was totaled when someone went through a red light and hit my car so I had to find a replacement. I am grateful to Kyle for making sure the replacement vehicle is running good.

It's customer service from start to finish. Honest work, detailed explanations, no up selling or pushy tactics. Felt comfortable leaving my vehicles in their hands from day one. Finding a reliable and knowledgeable auto shop in a new town can be tough. But DuPage Tire and Auto will eliminate that worry if you give them a chance to help you out.
We have been using DuPage Tire and Auto for 15+ years to service all of our family vehicles. It's a wonderful, family run business that puts customers first. They will clearly explain the diagnosis with you so that you can make an informed decision. Their service is reasonable and thorough, explaining to you in simple terms, all throughout the entire process. Kyle is second generation owner, and is a wealth of knowledge. Price is soon forgotten, quality and service is long remembered.
When our Ram dealer failed to fix our tricky exhaust manifold issue (after charging us $2300), I reached out to my long-time shop DuPage Tire & Auto. Even though we now live quite far away, I was willing to travel farther and had faith that they could fix it. They did not disappoint. After 3 days, they were able to tackle the difficult repair and finally get the truck running properly--avoiding future more costly repairs to the engine. Thank you to the DuPage T&A team!

Great place to buy your tires and for follow-up maintenance, such as tire rotation. Staff at DuPage Tire & Auto are true professionals and therefore knowledgeable in all things auto. I highly recommend this company. Easy to communicate with, and they truly listen to customer’s concerns, because they care.

Began using their services in 2017 for general maintenance work and some road service on our Ford SUV & Cadillac sedan. They are courteous, professional, proficient and fairly priced. I have accepted and been very satisfied with the results of their recommendations and the quality of their work. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommend this outfit.

Absolutely love DuPage Tire and Auto! They’re sincerely a mechanic I can trust & that’s so hard to find. With my older car, they gave me a list of what’s super important to fix now vs something I need to address within the next few months. Fair prices, honest workmanship & good people.

In my opinion I would advice you to not waste your time and day on taking your vehicle here. They are short staffed and aren't able to really accommodate you for multiple services like in other shops I've been too. It's understandable to be short staff but if you are like me that time is valuable and you don't like wasting your time I would pick another shop that can handle the demand.
Brake job was more extensive than normal due to frozen caliper. Decided to replace both. Additionally lower ball joints had enough play to replace. All work was needed after extended trip with vehicle to Alaska. Work completely as scheduled and at a reasonable price. 5 star satisfied.
