Jenny and Lenny were both great! Took my car to them for the first time today on a referral from the next door app for an oil change. It’s like a lot of the reviews say Lenny is a straight shooter and not looking to rip people off and takes an honest look at any upcoming repairs you do need to think about. Lenny and his staff are kind, professional, and good at what they do. I was on a 300-mile drive when my car started making a terrible sound on the highway, I sputtered to his shop (on a Thursday afternoon) and he saw to my car immediately. He fixed the problem and I was back on my way in 15 minutes. I didn't think service like this existed anymore!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Extremely knowledgable with great customer service! I Had a check engine light on need to pass emission which required a complicated repair/diagnostic replacing the catalytic converter and O2 sensors on a 2015 Malibu. Lenny took the time to explain everything carefully instead of talking down/ignoring me like most other mechanics. Not only did I get the car repaired at a reasonable cost I actually learned a thing a two. Having the text updates on my car from Jenny was also nice touch not seen elsewhere. Lenny and Jenny had to fix the catalytic converter on my car after someone else had told me that I should just get rid of my car because they didn’t know what was wrong with it. They do the best to find the problem and to fix it and they really helped me. I couldn’t recommend Braasch automotive enough!

After taking my car to a few other shops for a misfire code that couldn't be diagnosed, Lenny saved the day by not only figuring out what was wrong but fixing it within two days. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, why it might have been missed by other mechanics, and was just so kind and helpful the whole way through. I know older cars can be a pain to work on, but Lenny stepped up and helped me out and was so transparent about the process. His honesty and kindness is exactly what will keep me a loyal customer from here on out. I am truly grateful!

I moved to the Gilberts area and was searching for a place to have regular maintenance performed on my Jeep. I located Braasch Automotive through Google and I am so glad I did! The owners are extremely genuine, professional, and always put the customer first. The prices are great overall as well. I would definitely take your car here if you need any services performed!
