Lenny is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He explained and showed what needed to be fixed or pay close attention to about the vehicle that I brought in. They are very thorough when they do maintenance.
Lenny and Jenny had to fix the catalytic converter on my car after someone else had told me that I should just get rid of my car because they didn’t know what was wrong with it. They do the best to find the problem and to fix it and they really helped me. I couldn’t recommend Braasch automotive enough!
I am so happy I found Braasch! After years of being overcharged and pushed around by a dealer, I finally found an automative repair company I trust. Braasch is honest, friendly, skilled and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Len takes care of all our two car's. He is always responsive, forthright, and upfront on what service our cars need and what can be done done now, what can be done later, and he is sensitive to the cost of the work, suggesting alternative sources for parts when possible. I highly recommend Braash Automotive for your car's needs.

After taking my car to a few other shops for a misfire code that couldn't be diagnosed, Lenny saved the day by not only figuring out what was wrong but fixing it within two days. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, why it might have been missed by other mechanics, and was just so kind and helpful the whole way through. I know older cars can be a pain to work on, but Lenny stepped up and helped me out and was so transparent about the process. His honesty and kindness is exactly what will keep me a loyal customer from here on out. I am truly grateful!

I moved to the Gilberts area and was searching for a place to have regular maintenance performed on my Jeep. I located Braasch Automotive through Google and I am so glad I did! The owners are extremely genuine, professional, and always put the customer first. The prices are great overall as well. I would definitely take your car here if you need any services performed!

Braasch Auto was thorough when diagnosing the problem with my son's car. They made sure the vehicle was in as good as shape as can be once delivered to him. It's an older car and requires a lot of TLC, and they treated it well and provided a cost effective service.

My alternator died on a Wednesday afternoon. Made it to Braasch, and they told me they would take a look. Lenny then offered to give me a ride home as i didn’t leave too far away. They had my quote ready for me Thursday morning, and car ready for pick up later that night. They did great, quick work. I never felt like Braasch was trying to talk me in to something i didn’t need or take advantage of me in the desperate state i was in. They earned a customer as long as i own any vehicle. Thank you!
What a lifeline in a time of crisis. Returning to Michigan after a vacation to Mount Rushmore, I literally coasted into the shop parking lot with no electrical power on Friday afternoon. My alternator was dead and I was at their mercy, hoping somehow to make it home yet. Not only did they get me back on the road in a surprisingly short time, I received very professional service without getting ripped off. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Even though I am not local and unlikely to ever give return business, they still happily took care of me. Many many thanks.
I took my car into to Braash Automotive to get a questionable sound coming from the front left tire checked out. I expressed how concerned I was about the sound with the shop owner, Lenny, and asked if he would be able to help. He was booked for the day but said he would find time to access the problem to make sure that the vehicle wouldn’t break down on me. I was surprised to hear back that same day with a prognosis and potential solution. The repair was finished early the following week with several calls to update me on progress. I am grateful for the great customer service and transparency. I would definitely recommend the business to anyone in need of a knowledgeable local mechanic.
