Terrible place they have held my car hostage without giving it and are now trying to steal my car and sell it for unpaid bills that they never sent me for work they never did

I came in with a flat and in need of immediate help. Everyone there was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt like I was family and my tire was fixed in no time. Amazing service from amazing people!

Patrick was great to work with. He was very transparent about what needed to be done and helpful when my car broke down. I think I definitely got the best service and most honest price with parkway automotive.

Blinded By Service!!I was on my way from Knoxville to Texas when the module that runs my alarm system decided to go batty in a motel parking lot at 11pm in Little Rock. My boyfriend called around from Knoxville the next morning and found Parkway. From that 1st call to the delivery of my car to me the day after, Curtis and all the folks at Parkway were compassionate, competent, and extremely professional. I would recommend this shop without hesitation, as it is rare to find such incredible service these days. Also, even their phone tree is amazing! Thanks so much for helping me to get home so quickly.

As always, a wonderful experience! When you use Parkway Automotive you are enthusiastically greeted as you come through their doors. Here’s the thing - it’s genuine! I trust these guys to take care of my car. They are the best I can find in Little Rock!

Performed spark plug change out. Plus oil change. The best part was the 120 point inspection they did on my vehicle to show areas that need to be fixed since it was the first time they had seen the vehicle. The program they use to show the customer is a software program they created and it is very informative-and very user friendly with a smartphone. When the inspection is finished, they send you a text message with a link to click on that includes the breakdown of all the areas inspected. In critical areas, they even show you pictures to illustrate what they are talking about. They even delivered my car back to me at work when finished and offered me a loaner vehicle if I needed it beforehand. Fantastic job and service.
