AJ and the crew were awesome to deal with. Unfortunately, my van went down again and I took it to the shop where it was outsourced too. Found out my repair should only cost $5200, and not the $7800 I was charged. Sad sad sad

Worked with Curtis. The team took great care of the vehicle, and Curtis did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them.

Great experience with AJ and the entire team. When the "experts" could not solve an Air Bag fault, Parkway did! A very pleasant experience.... will see them again.

Courteous service, extremely friendly staff, and trustworthy insights on what needed to be repaired. Prices are fair. They provide complimentary shuttle to drop you whenever you need to go.

If I would’ve known what amazing customer service focused driven shop this was I would’ve come years ago!Since I work from home they picked up my car and once it was done they offered to pick me up but since they are so close I walked. I have been going to see AJ and the guys for over a year now- I had so much maintenance to do on my car and was very overwhelmed. AJ worked with me and broke everything down - prioritized my cars immediate needs and we went down the list to fix everything over a six month period. They also provided me with transportation while my car was in the shop. I am so thankful for AJ and the team because my car feels brand new again. I have recommended them to several people and will always recommend them to my friends or anyone with car needs.

We signed up for the lifetime oil change program and have been very happy with services so far! They are so helpful in explaining what needs to be fixed without pushing services. Very personable and appreciate Dave driving me back and forth to work with their shuttle service. All the staff were so kind and helpful.

I love their service and customer service. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. My car broke down in Little Rock due to my transmission. I got my car towed from one shop to Parkway Automotive because I felt so confident after speaking with Patrick. With parts and labor everything came out to $6300 . After informing Patrick I couldn’t afford it he worked something out with me and even allowed me to make installment payments here and there. After my car was finished being worked on, I caught a greyhound from Texas to the travel center in Little Rock. Thankfully I didn’t have to catch an Uber to the shop because they have a parkway automotive shuttle that picks you up from your location. Patrick and his colleagues are very nice and professional. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Patrick even fixed my ac for me for free by replacing the fuse and gave me a free oil change. If I’m in Little Rock and a situation ever occurs, which I hope it doesn’t, I will definitely use them again.

I got my car problem, engine misfire, fixed today at a nearby garage. They repaired my car while I was wating in the office reading a newspaper. It took me less than 2 hours and $657.24 including tax. They replaced 3 ignition coils, 6 spark plugs in one hour and 20 minutes labor. Now my car got back to normal condition! They didn't charge me $450 just to know whether it can be fixed or not like Parkway motor did. They didn't keep my car as a hostage disabling my car so it required towing like Parkway motor did. They didn't spend one whole week of time messing up with my car like Parkway Auto did. I am going to file an official complaint to Parkway Motors for refund of $1,475.00

Positive: ProfessionalismThey do a very thorough inspection on your vehicle first, after that Service Adviser which I had AJ has a print out of things that need replaced and repaired. AJ and I went over the list of repairs and I decided what I wanted repaired. No pressure to used there shop because it's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Overall I had a great experience with Parkway Automotive I'll be using them again in the future.Services: Wheel alignment, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change, Brakes

Been bringing cars here for more than a decade. Better service than most, but you're still dealing with human beings, so you have all the good and bad that comes with that. They do a very good job being fair with pricing, make good on their errors, and keep records of car repairs and maintenance schedules. Right now I have a 19 y/o economy car in their shop and I'm waiting to see if they can keep it maintained in better-than-beater condition. So far, all's been well, but we're in new territory with difficult to find parts.

It is rare to walk into a business for the first time and see four people seated at desks who all make you feel so welcome, so comfortable, and as if you have known them forever. Parkway Automotive gave me all that when I walked into the door for a general maintenance for my car. My technician explained to me their services, the pricing, and made it all easily understandable to me. They provided shuttle service to and from my house with drivers equally as kind and pleasant to be around. Upon completion of the maintenance check, which was the most complete car diagnostic service I have ever seen, they gave me a comprehensive review of what they found, along with the meaning and pricing for each. My car is six years old and I hope to drive it for as long as I can, so Curtis, who was working with me, helped me separate the suggested items into categories from the most important down to those merely suggested so that it made more sense for my budget. We now have an easily affordable “maintenance plan” to get all of it done! I was fortunate enough to met Mike, the owner, who built this incredible business, and told him how impressed I am with not only the business operations, but all the incredible people working with him. His personal story is so compelling I have asked to take my son there to see what hard work, good ethics, and genuine kindness bring to the table of life. It was a very positive experience!

My car wouldn’t start because I had a dead battery. I called a different automotive service to see if they could send someone out to help me and was informed that they didn’t do that and that I would need to call my insurance company and probably need to get my vehicle towed. Feeling desperate and a little let down, I got on google and found Parkway Automotive. I gave them a call feeling sure I was going to get the same response as the other place. Lucky for me they told me they would be happy to send someone out to jump start my car, and if that didn’t work they would help me get it towed. Parkway Automotive went above and beyond to help me out. Once I got a jump start I drove on over. The people that work there were all polite and professional. Here’s the best part, when my car was ready to be picked up, they offered to send a shuttle to pick me up. While on the phone the gentleman heard my two year old in the background and told me that they could bring my vehicle to me because he totally understood how difficult it would be for me to install then uninstall and reinstall a car seat and deal with a two year old. Thankful for their help and would highly recommend them.
