As a vendor I can’t say enough good about this place and the people inside! I am in and out of shops all day long and Parkway goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a personalized visit and they leave highly satisfied.
All the shops outside of dealership seem to be closed on Saturday's. Family was travelling through and had a water pump go out on our 2012 Prius V. A.J. called us back (on a Saturday) and took time over the phone to see how they may best help us on Monday morning. Very personable and professional service!
Each time I visit Parkway I can believe that there will be quality work performed by all. They are always polite and frank when needed, which to me is a "Magic Combination!" My services are performed by Certified personnel and has always been completed to my satisfaction. I should know, I have a complete repair history with this team. Road tripping on my way to Virginia my A/C started to act out. Called Parkway Automotive and Patrick picked up. He was very professional and accommodating to my needs. He right away set up an appointment and as soon as I arrived, Patrick got my car ready for check up/diagnosis.Patrick was very kind and patient to explain throughly about A/Cs and possible diagnosis and fixes with prices. Very knowledgeable employee.While we were waiting, they provided rides back and forth to the closest mall or plaza so we could have lunch.Very reliable company, Patrick was very detailed in terms of all the issues that my car had and the fixes they did. All broken down with prices.Amenities/additional free services:-Free water-Free Wifi-A/C-Phone Power station (Bring your cables)-Free rides to a close restaurant/plaza/mall (while waiting for service)I will definitely come back for any issues if I pass through Little Rock, ARThank you Patrick! you Rock!
Was traveling and my truck broke a u joint and dropped it off at Parkway Automotive and everyone there was very pleasant to deal with and extremely courteous. I dealt with AJ mostly but everyone was just as polite and made the experience great and they did everything they could to help me out and make the situation easier. I can't say enough good things about Parkway Automotive and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I lived in Little Rock then these would be the people I let take care of my vehicle for any concerns I could not fix myself. They're an incredible business that actually takes care of their customers and will go to great lengths to accommodate any of your needs. 10 out of 5 stars.
We have been servicing our cars with Parkway for over 15 years. They are an honest and reliable auto car shop. The staff there are courteous and knowledgeable about your car service needs. They are a AAA approved car care shop which means that if you are AAA member you get a discount at Parkway. They also offer another frequent customer discount program as well. Overall you can't beat the quality service and products they provide to you and your vehicles.
They were great. The staff was very friendly and were great at explaining everything. The inspection they do on the car is great and comes with pictures so you can see exactly what they are talking about. The shuttle service is also awesome when you have to drop off your vehicle. Will be taking my other vehicles there.

I like the maintenance program so one knows what is needed for the continued care of my car to avoid major problems later.
We are new to Little Rock, and got a referral for Parkway. The service was excellent, and having the shuttle available was a great help since we are a one-car family. We will continue to service our vehicles here.
Parkway Automotive is so helpful when it comes to automotive repair. The VIP program is a great way to stay informed on what is going on with your car while also getting your oil changed. I personally love the email reminders because I am very forgetful when it comes to any sort of routine maintenance. Thank you for all your hard work Parkway!
They pick you up, they drop you off, and they are very thorough. They finally found out what was going on with my car (we had been trying to get the dealer to find it for years). They are very responsive and eager to take care of their customers. Their customer care is excellent. My favorite part is having one contact person throughout my experience, someone who knows what is going on with me and can take care of any questions that arise.

I trust Parkway and the great team of employees to take care of our cars. Samuel said the business provided a rental car but the vehicle had a foul odor and it took a day to get it exchanged. He was disgusted with the incident, but he would still recommend the business for service.

In 2012, I signed up for the lifetime oil change for my car, and then in 2013 for my SUV. We love it! First, the always friedly my staff at Parkway make it easy to do business there. It's not always good news, but they explain what is going on and fix your vehicle at a fair price. Second, we love the security of getting through vehicle inspections each visit. Our cars both have 80-90k+ miles and it's good to have the peace of mind knowing they are ok.

Reps are very personable.
They explain all issues thoroughly and offer several possible solutions. They research many options before discussing your vehicle with you. First class customer service.
They have taken care of service on my Toyota 4 Runner and Toyota Prius and other auto's for several years. They call and explain repairs needed and the cost's to have the work done. I have been very pleased with the work and the courtesy extended me. They take me to my home or job when I drop my vehicle off and pick me up when my vehicle is ready.
I've been going to parkway for many years. The guys at parkway are very good at what they do, and aways honest. I know my car will be well taken care of with them.
The folks at Parkway always treat me with great respect when I bring in my vehicles, as a women this is high on my list of must-haves. When my daughter's car wouldn't start and she called Parkway, Kim asked if my daughter was in a safe place! What peace of mind did that bring to me! Thank you Parkway!
For almost 7 years now, I have used Parkway Automotive. I have both my company and my wife’s person car serviced here. I read some of the other reviews and decide I need to give my two cents worth. Overall, I consider Parkway to be a good value for my money. Sure you can get something done cheaper at Wal Mart. Who can’t? If price is your only concern… well good luck. If you want consistent and reliable service you can trust, this is the place to be. If they mess up they do not try and hide it. The come clean and do their best to make it right. I think the tire story is a great example of things going wrong and Parkway being proactive and doing their best to make it right. Too many shops would have just put on the wrong tire and hope you wouldn’t notice. It is that kind of integrity that keeps me coming back.
