Wow! What a fantastic experience. My aging mother in law was confused by a light on her dashboard. Parkland sent out a tech who said it wasn't major and she could bring it in at her convenience. They didn't charge for this house call. A few weeks later I took the car to Parkland, they handled my age-confused "mom" wonderfully, and charged a reasonable fee. Honest, prompt, and courteous.

I honestly had two choices in mind. Christian brother automotive or parkway automotive. I knew I couldn’t go wrong with parkway automotive because they treat customers like family and family is important. I’m glad I came here! Patrick is so nice and the guy who worked in my 2019 Hellcat is awesome as well, I forgot his name.

Excellent service again on my wife's car. Curtis is fantastic to work with. All the guys are great. I have talked with both Patrick and AJ as well and they are also very helpful. The shuttle driver is extremely friendly and well organized. Yesterday the tire pressure light on my Subaru came on going to work. I called Parkway and was able to swing by on my way home and get nitrogen added to my tires at no charge. That is really a nice service to provide. I continue to be very happy with the service I receive at Parkway Automotive.

I mentioned to the service rep that the extended warranty on my truck was about to run out, so he had the technician thoroughly check everything on the truck that might need to be repaired, and found an oil leak that needed to be fixed, and got the warranty company to pay for the repair, which more than paid for the warranty. Excellent service!

I was impressed at my recent visit by how clean the vehicle was! I’d just returned from a long journey and didn’t have time to clean it myself. The dash and facia had all been wiped clean and the rubber mats shaken.

The great service at parkway automotive makes it stand out among its competitors. After having multiple bad experiences at other places, it is refreshing to find a place that I can trust to take care of my car. When I left my car at parkway to be worked on they were kind enough to shuttle me to work and took the time to call me throughout the day with updates. The staff were kind and personable.

They make sure my vehicle is completely road worthy and safe. They explain anything that I don't understand until I do. Anything that is worked on is done right the first time!!

Customer Service was awesome because I was Transported to and from the business. The job was performed fast and Efficient. My Vehicle received A Green Rating. The discounts made the services more affordable. I greatly appreciate my Service Partner He was Knowlegeable and Efficient! Phenomanel Job!

Staff was great, I went for one problem which I still have and then I came out with add't problems which I returned several times to correct and it seem as if it wasn't able to get resolved so for this reason I'm not very pleased considering the amount of money I spent. The money wasn't some much the problem, it's I paid for them to give me problems I didn't have and I will have to pay someone else to correct this.

First time coming here. Patrick went over everything I wanted looked at on my car. He called several times to check in with me and tell me what they found and what he advised. Got a loaner vehicle. That was a have to! I will come back here and highly recommend to anyone.

I had a to have a quick response to determine a potential battery issue. I drove down and Custis immediately confirmed my suspicion; that my fob key battery was bad. He personally got a new one and and I was on my way in ten minutes ! As Mike says, "the service will amaze you"! Thank you

They always take time out to help you with your vehicle. The shuttle service is a great added bonus so that you don’t have to sit and wait like at big repair places. That stand behind everything they do to make sure you are happy with all the services you receive. Can’t imagine taking my car and trusting anyone else.
