I'm already pleased with the service provided as well as the friendly atmosphere. My service advisor Patrick is awesome and makes sure I am thoroughly satisfied each time I pick up my vehicle when it's been serviced.

For nearly two decades we've trusted Parkway Auto to help us get ahead and stay ahead on the maintenance of our vehicles. Getting behind potentially leaves you stranded someplace - not fun. "Preventative" maintenance is done to PREVENT future issues and breakdowns, and it can extend the life of our cars. Performing maintenance services proactively feels to some people like it will cost more money. I'm not convinced. Last minute or emergency "on the road" repairs are costly. Besides, my time and mental energy are valuable - I don't want to be burdened with doubting the reliability of our vehicles. Keeping our vehicles in top running order is important for us to be able to regularly travel for our ministry. One of my roles as a husband is to provide for and protect my wife. I want her to feel safe and to be confident that her car will perform properly. And she appreciates it! Thanks to everyone at Parkway Auto for helping me succeed in this area. Steven Brown

They went above and beyond to help us out when we broke down while traveling. The service was prompt and excellent. If we lived in Little Rock there is no question that we would use Parkway Automotive Services for all of our car repair needs.

I brought my car in for an oil change. It was done by lunchtime, which was really nice and as I was driving home, I realized the windshield had been washed. It's a small detail but much appreciated. Thanks for serving with excellence!

I appreciate the workers at Parkway. AJ your the best! Thank you for keeping me posted on what my car needed. I love the detail information that was sent to me about my car. It is helping me to plan my budget and get the work done. I love the fact you are not pressure . I love that the consultant makes sure you have an understanding about the recommendation and the work the do on the car. Parkway workers are very professional. I highly recommend them.

My car is a bit older and needed a lot f regular maintenance. They were very detailed with their explanations of what was wrong and what needed to be done. I think their prices may be slightly higher than others but the quality of service makes up for that.

Excellent service. Curtis is great. I never feel rushed or pressured. Curtis listened to all my questions and explained everything to me. Could not ask for better customer service or maintenance on my vehicle. Great organization to do business with.

I appreciate dealing with Christians and people that are honest. Curtis was so patient with me and very patiently answered my questions. He explained why the maintenance was needed and got me a loaner. My husband had medical appointments and we had church dinner and services for Ash Wednesday and we were still able to attend because we had a loaner. I stepped out on faith making this debt however I know we must do it for our own safety and two up coming trips to our daughters weddings.

I love the friendly christian atmosphere. The Mechanics give you a thorough workup on what needs to be repaired and the Service Advisers sit down with you to prioritize each repair and explain how each one makes your car last longer and run more efficiently. I did not feel pressured that I had to have everything fixed right away. I went in for an Oil Change and maintenance check. There were quite a few people there when I arrived, but it did not take long to get my car serviced and ready to go.
