Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWorked Directly with AJ at Parkway this past week (8.12.2021) and he was absolutely fantastic! Communicated every step of the way, went above and beyond, and genuinely seemed like he cared about the well-being of my family and myself when it came to the safety of my vehicle. My car unexpectedly wouldnt start, they came and jumped it, took it to the shop, did a complete diagnostic test, oil change, replaced the battery, and even took it to the local dealership to have my lug nuts replaced on my wheels (they needed a key, since they had locks, was never provided a key since the day I bought it). Let's be honest here, nobody has time for a lug nut key for basic tires (probably would have lost it anyway) and it was a major inconvenience I was putting off to have that fixed as well. Not to mention all of this was done within 24 hours, no notice to them, full shop, and came in about $300 less than expected! 100/10 reccomend and will be going to them for all my car needs!! Thier customer service is of the best quality. They do a very detailed inspection of ur vehicle and do a amazing job explaining and helping you through the process of getting ur vehicle in its best mechanical condition. I have found my mechanic from this day forward.

Horn and cruise control not working. They did a diagnostic check and determined it was a clock spring issue. They replaced at a fair price and everything works perfectly. Patrick Sweeny provided good communication during the process and couldn’t be more accommodating. Will have all future truck service at Parkway Automotive

Critical: ValueI visited this shop hoping they could repair my window regulator. I already knew what the problem was and the cost to fix it, but they came back with double ($1,200.00) what the average repair price was. Very unethical of them. They also attempted to charge me double what they quoted me for diagnosing the issue. The only reason they get two stars is because they were incredibly nice and seemed professional -- but their blatantly ridiculous price for the quoted repair was just wrong.

Ciafre (i hope i spelled that right) was AMAZING! He was so unbelievably kind and easy to work with. He was patient with my work schedule, and allowed this to be an easy process. I met one of the managers, maybe owners, as well. Everyone was so friendly. My car is running so nicely now! I appreciate their time. Definitely go to Parkway.

The folks there were very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable in making a decision about my car. And provided great customer service! Will definitely be using them again!
