I've been an auto repair client of Pat Sweeney for over 20 years, and am VERY pleased that he has joined the team at Parkway Auto. I just had my 1990 F150 repaired, and we also take my wife's MDX to Parkway. Pat's personal blend of extensive knowledge and outstanding character are rare in today's business climate. A.J., Curtis and the rest of the staff are an excellent team, who seem to enjoy working together. All in all, Parkway Automotive is a truly professional organization.

Our service followed an accident, so stress was high to begin with. The Service Advisor was patient and kept us consistently updated (which really helped ease the stress). They worked great with the adjuster and got our vehicle back in service in a few days rather than weeks (estimated by other shops). Their itemized invoice was also very easy to understand. We just got it back, but I don't anticipate any issues with the repair or operation. This was my first experience with them, but doubt it will be my last. I do recommend them. -vw

Sam said the staff was really friendly but twice, the parts were ordered and they came in wrong. For this reason, things did not go smoothly and it was a little frustrating.

I am so appreciative of the customer service I received from Patrick at Parkway Automotive. I feel that it was genuine care, and I felt totally confident in everything I was told. In addition, they were able to take my car on the spur of the moment when I broke down, and it was ready in a very timely manner. Thanks Parkway!

I am getting service since more than two years all the times am leaving the car in the morning around 8.30-9.30 AM and I will get the car back by 5-6PM. I did not under stand the process of schedule in advance if we are getting the car back by 5-6PM in the evening why do I need to leave my car early in the morning? I felt the charges I am paying here are bit expensive comapritively

The staff at Parkway Auto are ALWAYS courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and good at explaining what needs to be done to my car to keep it running it's best! I have a 2005 Explorer with 190,000 miles that I plan to keep for many more years. I bought the Lifetime Oil Change package when I moved to Little Rock two years ago...so glad I did. At each service, we discuss what other items need to be addressed, but no one ever tries to push me into spending more than I had budgeted. Chester is awesome!!! Having someone take the clients to and from work while their cars are being serviced is a wonderful bonus!

AJ and the rest of the wonderful people at Parkway take good care of our aging Ford Econoline van-my husband's wheelchair van. We couldn't operate normally without them. Whether it is replacing a starter, an alternator or working on the air conditioning,they do really good and consistent work. Amanda Saar

The customer service was outstanding! We were from out of state and conducted most of the discussions over the phone. The staff was very patient and understanding about our situation and showed true concern to get the problems fixed! They were great about keeping us in the loop as well as giving us information about the problem and offering other types of recommendations! I wish these guys were in MS because I would take all my work vehicles and my personal vehicle to them!

They really do an outstanding job with your vehicle. If you are not happy about something, they go out of their way to might it right! All the staff is very friendly including the owner Mr. Mike Davidson. Again, they really go out of their way to ensure that your vehicle is properly cared for and running smoothly.
