Honest personal touch ; good value with excellent technical knowledge and service; and stands behind work. I compared other shops and overall for my major repair need, and Parkway was the the appropriate place for this job. They took time to find the best parts for replacement ,(versus very expensive OEM ones), and when finished, they met my expectations.

Alfred said the staff was friendly and he explained the situation to him before he jumped in and had them do the work. They stand behind what they do and he enjoyed their service. Patrick, AJ, and Curtis are good people and they make a good team. They did a fine job.

We live a good ways away from Parkway Automotive so most of our normal vehicle maitenance (oil changes, tire rotations) are done closer to home however... anything remotely serious we take to Parkway. Their assessments are always spot-on and their work has never failed us. We highly recommend them.

These guys helped me when I could have been on the road with two flat tires. I've always gone to these guys with car care (and i've had multiple vehicles). They even stayed late to help fix my vehicle issues all without scheduling an appointment. These guys go above and beyond.
