The employees are awesome...if your are not getting service like how Parkway provides service...you being robbed and cheated severely

Outstanding experience with Parkway on my first visit. I will be taking both my vehicles there from now on. I wish I had done this years ago. It is obvious the employees are all motivated and focused on accomplishing the mission in a superior manner. When you see this type of atmosphere in an organization it is always the result of outstanding leadership. Mike should write a book on leadership and motivating employees. The principles he uses to run his business can be universally applied to any organization.

I have always been a little anxious about dealing with car repair companies but working with Curtis and the rest of the team, I feel that I am being treated fairly and with complete honesty.

I dropped into Parkway on Tuesday to see if I could have my vehicle looked over that was purchased the day before. Pat briefly looked at it in the parking lot and said at the very least it needed to have the transmission serviced. Luckily, they could get to it right then while I wait. In addition to that, they were able to check it out from head to toe. There were some very important things that needed to be fixed very soon and could not wait. If they had not been able to get to it that day, I might have had a very bad problem which would have cost me a lot more money than fixing the issues at hand. As always, everyone was very professional and quick to get me taken care of. I recently moved to Hot Springs and this is just one more example of why it is worth my time to drive to Parkway for any service on my vehicles. Thank you for the chance to give my feedback.

I thought my car was out of alignment. Instead I had two tires about to seperate from the tread. I appreciate that I get sent pictures as well as comprehensive overview. I appreciate the loaner car. I appreciate the fact they were willing to work with me to find a way to get me back on the road safely.

Out of all the automotive places I've been to, this is by far, THE BEST one yet and I would recommend my friends and family to PARKWAY AUTOMOTIVE any day. Even to the people I don't know as well. Great customer service too. This is what makes the place sooooooo great. Thank you PARKWAY. You are awesome. Curtis was the best in helping us out tremendously.

Called to have my transmission fluid changed and they were able to work me in on short notice. Always very accommodating and efficient.

I had a low tire on a courtesy car I was driving from my dealership. Curtis, a Parkway Automative technician, saw me filling up my tires at a Shell gas station right up the road. He offered to check all my tires for me and to see if a had a leak if I came over to the shop. Great example of customer service and going above and beyond to help even when he did not have to!
