We had a terrible experience here. They tried to charge us around $2000, and that was WITHOUT fixing our car. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare.

Pleasant experience overall. Got my truck in immediately and diagnosed and fixed the problem without delay. Sure does beat the dealership for service.

The whole staff demonstrates such world class courtesy. Car repairs are not fun things to deal with, but the Parkway guys have always taken good care us & made it as brief and easy as possible.

This is one of the greatest group of people you could find or ask for. You think your just dropping your car off for some work but end up leaving with a peace of mind and a new friendship. These guys are just a great team who all have something special to bring to the table. The owner Mike has a heart of gold, I look forward to seeing where his new ventures take him. Make sure you stop by and talk with curtis before you leave, you will be leaving with a smile.

Hands down the best Auto Repair in Little Rock. They always go above and beyond to deliver the best service. A big thanks to Mike and AJ for sending an associate to my office to pick up my car for an oil change and inspection at 11:00 am without an appointment and had it ready 2 hours later so we could safely make the 8 hour trip to be our daughter who had emergency surgery.

Professional, courteous, and honest auto mechanic services. These guys will explain in lamen's terms what work your car needs and why. 15 years ago they figured out a simple fix on my wife's car when 4 other shops around town had no clue what to do. Great people and great service! Nice clean waiting room and a free shuttle service too. Thanks again from Erin Rowe and Alex Martens.

Curtis, Chester, AJ...the whole staff at Parkway are super knowledgeable and definitely helpful! My 12 year old Explorer is back in tiptop shape. Thanks to the mechanics and entire team at Parkway!

AJ arranged for a tow truck when my daughters van broke down. I was able to coordinate the entire process from pickup to repair approval and payment over the phone. This is an invaluable level of service for someone who travels for work and has kids that rely on them .

Now here is where my opinion changed. Patrick asked me to come to the shop to discuss the matter with him and the shop foreman. I met with Dustin and Patrick at the shop and they apologized for the improper diagnostic. They told me they would make everything right and that I was correct in saying I had actually not needed the transmission. They adjusted my invoice and shop completed the valve repairs in awesome time with no additional cost to me. Patrick kept me informed the entire time and Dustin explained the repair in detail to me. The technician that repaired my front end, Bryan, did an excellent job with the front end and alignment and with the valve repairs. I am one very satisfied customer in a situation where I could have easily been the least satisfied customer you have ever had to deal with. Thus I want to personally let you know that Dustin, Patrick, and Bryan deserve a HUGE job well done. Businesses always say customer satisfaction is number one, but usually don't deliver that promise when things go really wrong. You guys delivered on the promise that the customer is number one. Please convey my appreciation and thank you to Dustin, Patrick, and Bryan as well as your other staff.

I took my truck in for repair on the front end ball joints etc and for them to diagnose a shudder issue I was having. They completed the diagnostics and then informed me I would need front end repairs. They said the shudder was caused by a torque converter issue and I would need a new rebuilt transmission since the clutches were also slipping. The front end repairs were great and I am very happy with that, however after picking up my vehicle and taking it for a test drive I found that my shudder had not been completely resolved. I drove back and dropped my keys in the drop box. I received a call the next morning asking what the issue was and I informed them the shudder was still occurring. I received a call the next day stating they tested the issue and during testing a valve spring broke. Currently they are still working on my vehicle. My issue is not resolved and I am once again without a vehicle and had to cancel my trip. Currently waiting on the second issue to be resolved not that something broke during testing. Right now I am wondering if I really needed a new transmission.

I have an older car that I took in for repair a few months ago. Recently I developed a problem unrelated to the previous repair and took it in again. They addressed the new problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently. But while the car was in for service, the checked it throughly and found a couple of problems related to the previous related to the previous repair. They notified me of the problems and covered them under warranty at no cost to me. It is really wonderful to find a company that stands by its word and work.
