The inspection and services were very thorough. I still have more that is recommended to do. I appreciate that I was told that it was safe to wait until my next visit.

Not saying they're a bad company but get a second quote before going with these guys. They quoted me twice as much as another place did, then decided to change their price when I told them how much the other place wanted. And a quote from the service writer "we are a for profit business" so they will nickel and dime you in every way.

Courteous, friendly, explained in detail all questions asked, up front about everything. Never felt like I was being pressured to have anything done to my vehicle other than the reason I brought it n. I will definitely be back for service.

When I took my car in for service I was quoted a price for a fuel pump and fuel line. When I went to pay and pick up my vehicle I was informed that the fuel line was not needed after all. To my surprise the bill was about $300 under the quote. Thanks for the savings.

Kathryn said she had locked her keys and purse in her vehicle and she searched Google for a business that could assist her. She called them and they were there in 15 minutes. She really appreciates their help.

I have never felt more cared for in the handling of my car. Everything was explained step by step including price for labor and for parts. I will only used Parkway. Thank you Curtis!

David said this business did a really good job. His vehicle broke down and Triple A towed his vehicle to this business. They were nice and pleasant which made things better despite the situation.

Being a member of the club absolutely has its perks! I am looking for a new vehicle and found one I am seriously considering purchasing. Parkway had the dealer bring it over, and did one of the most thorough reviews the dealer had ever seen. It gives me great peace of mind to know that I'm making a good purchase, and I have an objective opinion. The dealer was also amused when they pulled a Carfax report on my current vehicle and found 12 pages of history records by Parkway in the 10 years they've cared for that vehicle, detailing everything which had ever been repaired. Parkway has always taken good care of us, and little extras like this mean a lot!

The only difference from the last visit (David) was service writer , Curtis kept me informed as to everything necessary ,made recommendations as to priority . Repair was made in a timely fashion and no problems from that point . Enjoyed my time in office talking to Patrick ,A J and Curtis . One always questions cost of repairs , but when a thorough explanation of the process is made it puts me at ease and that is just what I received from Curtis . Thanks Steve Hardeman

Great job helping evaluate the condition of the vehicle and repair & maintenance items that would be needed in the near future. Recommend having Parkway look over any potential purchase of a used vehicle.
