Got my vehicle in quickly and serviced. No sales push for other observed items. I was a little surprised they charged $25 to install a turn signal bulb! Other than that, the car runs great. Staff very friendly and courteous.

I haven't taken my car to this shop yet but I definitely will! I just bought a 2005 Mini Cooper and had a million questions about maintenance costs, diagnosis, and fuel recommendations. Curtis spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, answering all of my questions and never once made me feel stupid. I know I've found the shop for me!

I had an alternator repaired almost 1year ago with Parkway and the service specialist recommended the part with a lifetime warranty. I'm sure glad I listened as the alternator went bad (older vehicle 2001 so most replacements are rebuilt). Parkway replaced the alternator and charged us $0. It was covered under warranty and not only that but gave us a gift card for the cost of our towing service. Now that is exceptional service!

Technician worked at finding a ring that got lost under the carpet of the front seat instead of just taking the easier, more expensive route of taking out the seat. I appreciated his effort to do a little work to get the job done and not just pad their pocket doing it the easier way.

The job included putting front brakes on my front-wheel drive automobile with a few other adjustments. As usual, the service advisor, AJ, was efficient and respectful in getting us checked in. The job was 'completed' as stated. We picked up the car the same day but had to bring it back within two days because the brake job was not complete. My wife reported hearing strange scraping noises the first time she drove it after it was returned to us. The problem was resolved but there was some inconvenience for us to be without a car so that period of time and the time involved with drop-off and pickup. I would certainly like to avoid that process any other time in the future when having repairs done. Thanks.

Mary said this business is very professional and honest. They keep her updated on her vehicle's needs. They are great to do with business with and she recommends this business to many people. A.J. and Curtis are very nice, professional, and eager to help her. They don't leave her sitting and waiting. They acknowledge her when she comes into the business.

We brought in our truck to replace a brake cable and to check an engine light. After four days with our vehicle, we finally got an answer about the engine code and a recommendation for a $900 repair. A second opinion from a competing garage advised us we only needed a new gas cap. The brake cable was still unfixed because they did not order that part early in the week. We demanded the truck back over the weekend while waiting on parts and got it back with the brake release broken and the carpet not put back into place properly inside the plastic molding. We did get a long list of their recommended repairs we would need based on lots of days of inspecting other things.
