I love Paekway auto, I use them for everything, if they had a Dynojet I would do all my performance work here to, Thank you everybody at Parkway Auto you guys Rock!!!

Dustin said he went to this business to get an oil change and it took 2 hours to get it going. Then he gets a long report about his vehicle. He knows when he looks at a vehicle long enough, he is going to find problems and it sounds like a good idea but $500. They told him that was cheap but he told them he could call his father and he would change his brakes for no more than $100. He will not be going back to this business. On the surface, this business looks good, the people are very nice but it is a racket.

I am a new customer and would never consider going any other place. I have recommended Parkway Automotive Services to all my friends. The take home and pick up service is especially appreciated. All questions and concerns are answered and you are never rushed. Most important I am very pleased with the work.

My experience continues to improve. I get exactly what I ask and pay for. Although, I have an issue with the price of parts, I think that is because of the brand (manufacturer) and the method of engineering used in my fourteen year old Acura. That has little to do with the excellent workmanship I receive but it does affect my wallet :-)

I love Parkway Automotive. The employees are friendly. The service advisers are honest, They always do a great job with my vehicle. You might pay less at a "quick shop" but this places stands behind their work.

I GIVE PARKWAY VERY HIGH MARKS. I AM FROM MARYLAND SO WILL PROBABLY NOT USE THEM AGAIN BUT IF I WERE IN THE THIS AREA I CERTAINLY WOULD.

Steve said the business is very professional. The two staff members he dealt with, A.J. and David, were very thorough. He called them and explained the problem he was having with the vehicle, they told him they could squeeze him in and get the problem at least diagnosed, which they did, but he did not have time that day to leave it there so he made an appointment for Monday. They had it for a few hours on Monday and everything seemed fine but Tuesday morning, the vehicle was doing the same thing, so he called them and they told him to bring it right in, which he could not do. Wednesday he took it in. They found they had the same problem about 2 feet away along the same wires, which they took care of. He said he feels they did a good job, took care of the problem and he is satisfied with their service.

Betty said she is always happy there. They go the extra mile for her when she needs something unique and they are willing to do it. They are personable. They have great people and she really likes them. She agrees with their marquee that says, they are the greatest in the world.
