I called Monday morning and requested service on my Lexus to be completed by noon that day. David promised it would be done and it was. I like that kind of service!!!!

My vehicle had an overheating issue and David and Parkway were able to diagnose the problem while providing a detailed inspection report of the overall vehicle health with photos of issues and recommended repairs. This appears to be a great garage and I'd recommend to anyone. The only thing that would be nice to see is the market comparison of the pricing of.work compared to other garages around town. Other than that, this a spot on garage.

After years of car ownership, my expectations are not high for automotive shops, so Parkway blew me away with their kindness and professionalism. From the convenient shuttle service to the mind-blowingly thorough inspection and recommendation process, this is a place like no other. A.J. was my primary contact, and I very much appreciated his knowledge and expertise balanced with real empathy regarding how to balance what needs to be done with what can be afforded. If I could give the experience MORE THAN 5 STARS, I would!

After getting burned by the Chenal Firestone, turned away from Donnie's for "too old and we work on European" (despite listing Hyundai on their website), I took my GF's suggestion to try Parkway. I sent them an email through their website asking if they worked on my year/make/model and quicker than lightening they replied to give them a call "yes we do!".Curtis took excellent care of me and Parkway has earned a customer for life. I have no doubts about the quality of the work and God luv'em, they road tested the heck out of my car trying to get a drivability concern to repeat (which, of course, it didn't but that's just like calling Tech Support and your PC doesn't do what it was doing to make you call).Their office is clean and really quite quaint, and, their staff are extremely personable and friendly. I especially like the shuttle service (the driver's a hoot and very friendly), and, when my repair was going on for a time, they offered the free use a rental.No complaints and nothing but praise for Parkway. Look forward to continuing our relationship.

Simply trust. I know enough to know when to ask for professionals. So every time my car needs maintenance, ordinary or extraordinary, I simply trust the Parkway guys.

I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I interacted with in the business. I was shocked at the costs of repairing a nearly 14 year old luxury vehicle but I suppose that is something from which I will never recover.

I got a second opinion on the noise my care was making. Given a totally different reason for the noise. They fixed the problem quickly. The charge was much less than your estimate and they did not charge me $100 to diagnose the problem.

Picked up and delivered my vehicle while I stayed at work. AJ called and reviewed all my options.
