When I have visited parkway AJ, Curtis, and David have all been honest and upfront with what needed to be done. The staff is all very friendly and engaging. They got my car done when they said they would and if not, they went out of their way to get me to the places I needed to go.

Parkway sent someone twice to jump start my battery & then put it on a slow overnight charge & it's good as new. And didn't charge me anything. Now....that's good service.

Curtis and AJ are the ones I dealt with and they were fantastic. I'm older and kinda alone so I was emotional by the time I got there. Your guys were very patient, calming, and reassuring. Car ended up under warranty so it was taken to the Chey place. I have already recommended you to my friends. The shuttle driver was as caring. Very pleasant end to a bad day.

As usual, the team at Parkway was courteous, professional, and efficient. They called and texted me the results of my car scan and let me know when my car was ready for pickup.

Called at 10:00 and had the car there by 11:00 - absolutely no waiting. And it was ready by 2:30 so I could meet my 3:00 appointment! Great place for personal service.

They are trying to find why my car stalls, and they are taking it personal (haha) to see that it is done the right way. When they could not repair it that day they kindly loaned me a car so I could get my boy (Marine) who was coming to visit me. These are the kind of people you want to repair and work on your vehicle. They care and they show it. Thanks to my friends at Parkway.

We had a rattling noise that was new and difficult to locate. Parkway did a great job in locating and correcting the issue before our cross country road trip. I trust Parkway Automotive with their diagnostic skills and recommendations for a cost affective approach to vehicle maintenance.

AJ is an outstanding service advisor! He provided me with a detailed explanation of the steps taken to diagnose the problem with my vehicle, and the recommended service. I am pleased with the work that was performed, and plan to bring my vehicle back for the additional work recommended.
