I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and quality work. They're great!l, I will be going back for sure! I never write reviews, but I was compelled to, the service was that great!

I took the car to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Simple job and had a good prior experience for the same work. This time the car was returned with the tires overinflated with 3 tires at 38psi, 1 at 35 psi, versus manufacturer recommendation of 32psi. Then, the cursory inspection recommended that the cabin air filter be replaced, except the car does not have one. They also recommended fluid changes that were done just 10,000 miles ago. Turns out that the cursory inspection is just a check of factory recommended maintenance without really inspecting the car -- which came across to me as a thinly veiled attempt to upsell the customer. Bottom line, the visit was far less than impressive, and much less so than the last time. And when I discovered the issues, only the service writers were there to hear and apologize -- owner was nowhere to be found to hear the issues firsthand. I was considering to move all my maintenance business there, but this visit convinced me that I'm better off driving an extra 30 miles each way to another place.

Was not expecting on amount of repairs,needed tires,my wife made her decision on good info from AJ. Needed to be done and had same day repairs.thank you

Good past records for assessing needs and preventing problems. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and professional. Some services are recommended that are beyond the manufacturers specs and some things seems as nice to have done compared to must be done that is a pressured sales pitch for added services.

My Suburban broke down outside of Hot Springs and I had AAA tow the vehicle to Little Rock. AAA recommended Parkway Automotive Services and I now understand why they do. Mike and the entire team are the highest professionals in their business and are driven to be fair, responsive, and personal. AJ was my point person and he kept in constant contact with me to alert me to the problems, what were my options, and the right solution for me. I met the person who worked on my Suburban, met Mike, and was made to feel completely at home by all. Should anyone need service in the Little Rock area, the only group to call is Parkway Automotive Services! Thanks all!!!!

I took in my restored '84 CJ7 with an electrical problem. These guys diagnosed it quickly and a a very reasonable cost. The whole process of talking with Curtis on the phone about the issue, taking the car in, having it fixed, letting me know it was ready, and then taking the time to explain to me what was done was handled both professionally and friendly. These guys are great.

Tien said he is having issues with his vehicle. He brought his vehicle in because he was losing brake pressure. He started losing brake pressure again, but he does not have the time to bring it in because he is working.

I think this place is great! They were able to do our oil change as a walk in; communicated very well with me; in a low pressure manner, suggested some maintenace items recommended by mileage. When I sent over the previous report, modified the recommendations appropriately. Curtis's family came in while I was waiting for the shuttle. The owner, Mike, could tell one of the little boys really liked cars and offered to let him go back and look at the cars in the service area. So thoughtful!

they got my car to running again,but a couple of days later i was having some small issues which i considered related to the previous repair work but you guys wanted me to pay another $115.00 diagnostic fee which i thought was completly unfair since i had already paid $1.500.00 for repairs.

We are new to Little Rock, and got a referral for Parkway. The service was excellent, and having the shuttle available was a great help since we are a one-car family. We will continue to service our vehicles here.

After years of going to franchise auto shops that try to point out "necessary" maintenance that would make my car explode into a fiery mess if I didn't get it done (wiper blades, air filters, new flooring -- you know, critical stuff), I finally got fed up when they stressed the necessity of getting something fixed. Looking at AAA recommendations, I found Parkway Automotive and I received more high quality, honest service in 2 hours than in 2 years of those other shops. If you want to do business with straight-up guys who will tell it like it is and not try to nickel-and-dime you, this is the place.

Parkway Automotive is so helpful when it comes to automotive repair. The VIP program is a great way to stay informed on what is going on with your car while also getting your oil changed. I personally love the email reminders because I am very forgetful when it comes to any sort of routine maintenance. Thank you for all your hard work Parkway!

Parkway Automotive is great, and Curtis takes good care of my car. I know I'm in good hands. Convenient and easy to work with. Professional and courteous. When my car quit in my garage, Parkway sent help and found the problem--not the battery or alternator, but the starter. Took care of other needed items while there.
