Excellent family care business for my auto. Looked for years for an honest, decent place and finally found Parkway Automotive. They addressed me personally, worked with me and my budget, and seemed to actually care about my as a person. They actually took time to help me understand and prioritize my cars' needs since I could not have it repaired all at once due to my own budget. I found a family for my car. Thanks Parkway.
Would just like to say that having read every review on here and having had my own great experience every bad review is just a simple error. I would also like to point out that these guys are human and are not perfect no mechanic is perfect. I gave this a high review because of the customer service and the intelligence of the employees. Also the ease of how everything worked and how hard they tried to not charge me for things that were not wrong with my truck. I would say to every person with a bad experience give them another chance to show they too learn from mistakes. Had a great day with these guys will cone back again and again.
I bought new tires from Tire Rack and needed someone to install them. I'm pretty picky about who touches my car, so after shopping around for the right price and the right vibe, I ended up at Parkway.David, the sales guy, was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. They open at 7:30, so I got there at 7:45 and my car was taken right back. Took them two hours, and then I was back on the road which is about right.They weren't pushy, and they didn't try to up sell me unneeded services. I was very happy, and I would use them again for sure.
They pick you up, they drop you off, and they are very thorough. They finally found out what was going on with my car (we had been trying to get the dealer to find it for years). They are very responsive and eager to take care of their customers. Their customer care is excellent. My favorite part is having one contact person throughout my experience, someone who knows what is going on with me and can take care of any questions that arise.
Best experience at an auto shop ever! They're fast, professional, and friendly. The ride service made it possible for me to get my car serviced without missing work, which is a huge deal for me. David kept me informed every step of the way and clearly explained all services and associated costs. Quick and painless, A++, will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!

Really like the new on line innovations including the record keeping and the inspection reports. Makes everything so convenient. On this visit I especially appreciate the attention paid to some warranty repairs. A big plus... AJ ! He is the best!

I trust Parkway and the great team of employees to take care of our cars. Our last visit was fast, with a complete inspection and computer generated report to show exactly what's right and what may need service soon. Ended up being a little bit expensive, but they verified every repair with me before doing it so I knew what I was getting myself in to.

The staff was super friendly and professional and there was no waiting around for someone to wait on you. I got an oil change and a tire rotation and they fixed my power window at no charge. I will definitely return here in the future.
Parkway is a very professional and personable.

Samuel said the business provided a rental car but the vehicle had a foul odor and it took a day to get it exchanged. He was disgusted with the incident, but he would still recommend the business for service.

They took in my Honda accord after I was told that it either could not be repaired or that it would be very expensive. In a one day turnaround, all repairs were made at a very reasonable price and the car is on the road. Good thing I didn't listen to the "doomsdayers". The folks are the REAL DEAL!!!

In my younger days, I used to work on all our vehicles. Still walking into a repair was intimidating. Parkway is different offering a totally different approach to auto repair than I have ever encountered.

These guys are everything I've been wanting in car specialists. Having an older vehicle, there is inevitably a worrisome noise or leak at any given time, but I don't always know how to verbalize what the problem might be. Their 111-point inspection gave me an incredibly in-depth look at all the issues (and potential future issues) that I should be aware of. This is invaluable to me. The overall experience was wonderful, and I will definitely be back.
