The entire team at Parkway has a good attitude and excellent customer service. They truly seem to care about the well being of their customers and I don't feel they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a tire destroyed last week by a shard of wood, of all things. Curtis very helpful in researching my options with new tires. Bought four new tires the next day.

After years of going to franchise auto shops that constantly found problems that ABSOLUTELY NEEDED repairing (wiper blades, air filter changes, you know, life-threatening stuff) even though I only wanted an oil change and tire rotation, I'm finally happy to have found a place that will give me great service and an HONEST opinion about the status of my vehicle. Thanks to Curtis and David for helping me out!

After getting some major repairs on my 2004 Honda last year, I signed up for the preferred service plan. My last visit for an oil change was scheduled after reminder notices, so I didn't forget to keep up with the recommended maintenance schedule.

We've taken our cars to Parkway for years and have been satisfied with their service of several different vehicles we've owned.

I honestly don't usually write these but after my experience I felt that everyone should know. I took my truck in this week due to a squeaky noise coming from the engine and for an oil/fluid change. They were pretty sure they knew the issue and gave me a shuttle into work. When I got back that afternoon the bill was higher than I expected but still...as long as it's fixed I didn't mind that much. That is until I was about half way home and the same noise started again...I was less than happy. So the next morning I took my truck back and was probably more of an ass than I needed to be because I expected them to say they'd fix it but turn around and charge me again. I was completely wrong though. AJ was the rep that I dealt with and he promised that they'd get it fixed and for free. They also shuttled me to and from work. These guys are great and really stepped up to ensure the problem was fixed at no extra cost to me. Yeah they were wrong first but they more than made up for it. I couldn't be happier with their service. I went there because of their rating and I see why they have it.

Love my AJ and Kim. Great folk working there. Always feel they care about their customers. Other employees as well - just had more contact with AJ and Kim.
