We have used at least a dozen different auto repair places in the area over the years and this is by far the best we have in LR. This is an impressive customer service focused business, and I have been more than satisfied with their diagnostic expertise. Not the cheapest, but the best.

I am very satisfied with the service department when it comes to my company vehicles. The service adviser, owner and mechanics know my service vehicles have to be serviced and diagnosed of any potential problems asap so I can get it back on the road. Everyone helps to make that happen. I haven't had to take either of my service vehicles back for the same problem. When those guys fix it it stays fixed. Wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks Parkway automotive. To everyone.

my oil leaked on to the ground. The techcain did push my car to back and fix the oil but the day my check engine light came on. I toook my vehicle back and A.J. said that they checke dit and everyhitng is ok but i am a little concerned

Bea said this was the first time she had to take care of the vehicle by herself. She had been to many other places and they scared her to death by telling her all of the work that she needed to have done. This facility was nice, polite, and the person she worked with explained everything to her so that she could understand. He did not rush her. He told her what was important to get done now and what could wait. He was very trustworthy and she left feeling very comfortable. She has told everyone about this facility and she will always bring her vehicle there now.

It was time to service my car but I couldn't leave my mother alone (medical reasons) and didn't want to pay $25/hour for someone to be in the house while I was away. I was amazed that Parkway would pick up my car, service it and deliver it back to me. I really appreciated that - it's a level of customer service that builds loyalty. Thank you!

Annette said the business was nice and helpful but they had her vehicle a few days longer than expected. She dropped her vehicle off on Tuesday and was told it would be finished Thursday. They called her on Thursday and informed her that her vehicle would be finished on Monday. They then told her the vehicle would be finished Tuesday because there was more work than expected to complete.

I dropped off my car at 7:30am and saw it taken back. I mentioned that it was not in the budget to do any work, but asked AJ for my check engine light code to be looked at. I called after lunch and talked to someone else and he told me the code description. I did not receive a call from AJ until 4:15pm. You do good work, I just expect to receive calls with updates on my car periodically through the day if I drop it off, and not have to call myself and wonder if things are done until after 4pm.

In 2012, I signed up for the lifetime oil change for my car, and then in 2013 for my SUV. We love it! First, the always friedly my staff at Parkway make it easy to do business there. It's not always good news, but they explain what is going on and fix your vehicle at a fair price. Second, we love the security of getting through vehicle inspections each visit. Our cars both have 80-90k+ miles and it's good to have the peace of mind knowing they are ok.

AJ, David, and Curtis have been great, as have been the drivers. Question: my new tires shook and alignment was way off when I drove on the highway the next day. What do I need to do to make this better? Is it the bargain tires? Or were they not balanced and aligned properly? Kindly advise. Thank you!

I was going to drive up from Baton Rouge to buy a car in Little Rock, and I wanted to have it inspected before making the trip. Parkway was very easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. The report was thorough and they took the time to discuss it with me over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the car, there were no surprises. Very satisfied.
