I visited Parkway Automotive on a very busy Friday afternoon. There were so many vehicles lined up for service and it was getting close to closing time. Couple that with the fact that I had a 5 year old and a 10 year old with me, both very hungry, restless and LOUD and you've got a potentially stressful situation. But the staff at parkway never complained and though I am sure they were ready to leave, they never rushed me. Instead of rushing through the service of my car, they completed an oil change and installation of four new tires and arranged for me to come back to complete the inspection on another day that was convenient for me. All in all, the service was awesome and Parkway Automotive is still my choice in getting my car serviced.

I have been going to Parkway since their office was on a small, 2-lane street. I watched Mike on TV, and I felt like he was a straight shooter. They have seen six of my vehicles in the time that I've been going to Parkway, and I can't say a bad thing about any of my visits. Free shuttle, a firm handshake, and honest, up-front pricing with no 'surprises'. The only time I thought I had an issue, Mike addressed it with his entire staff, and it turns out that they did absolutely everything that they were supposed to--I was the one that was wrong! I have an antique Mustang and a one-of-a-kind Challenger that are only allowed to see Parkway, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Mike Davidson and his staff are the best in town. I would never consider taking my car anywhere else. From Kim who answers the phone, to AJ and Danny who coordinate the recommended services for your vehicle. I have been WOW'd for many years now. Honest, trustworthy and professional. They service my Mercedes, Cadillac and every vehicle I have owned for the past 8 years. NEVER a problem. I also appreciate the complimentary ride to work when I have to leave my vehicle. No better service in the Little Rock area.

Mike Davidson and his staff are the best in town. I would never consider taking my car anywhere else. Thanks to Mike, AJ and the team at Parkway Automotive. I was traveling thru Little Rock when my car suddenly had an engine problem with misfiring. I called AAA and they recommended Parkway. Truly superior service, and they got me repaired and back on the road quickly. As others have said, the customer service is truly outstanding; they make you feel like you are part of the family.

There are some things that simply deserve the very best and my car is one of those things. I am proud to say that I take my car to Parkway Automotive because I know that Mike Davidson and his crew are going to take the very best care of my vehicle. Their staff are not just someone that have just "tinkered" with cars and finally found someone that will pay them to do it... they are trained, experienced and certified professionals. Beyond that, the care about me, my car and making sure that my care will be on the road for years to come.I can't say enough about this group of people, so I'll just leave it at; You're gonna love them!

For almost 7 years now, I have used Parkway Automotive. I have both my company and my wife’s person car serviced here. I read some of the other reviews and decide I need to give my two cents worth. Overall, I consider Parkway to be a good value for my money. Sure you can get something done cheaper at Wal Mart. Who can’t? If price is your only concern… well good luck. If you want consistent and reliable service you can trust, this is the place to be. If they mess up they do not try and hide it. The come clean and do their best to make it right. I think the tire story is a great example of things going wrong and Parkway being proactive and doing their best to make it right. Too many shops would have just put on the wrong tire and hope you wouldn’t notice. It is that kind of integrity that keeps me coming back.

We were blown away by the customer service we received from Parkway Automotive. It was literally the best car repair experience we have ever had and would recommend it to anyone. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the repairs were done quickly by very experienced technicans. They also offer a two year warranty on their work which is unheard of.

I brought my vehicle in to repair a flat. They had my car for over 7 hours and couldn't manage to get a new tire put on the car. They called and told me that my old tire could not be repaired and that I had to get a new one. I agreed to purchase the new tire. I then get a call a couple of hours later saying that they got the wrong tire and wanted to know if I wanted them to get the right one or use the one they have. Why would I put a different tire with different treads on a car with a set of three other brand new identical tires? I told them to get the correct tire to match my set. I walk into the shop at 5:15 pm and they still don't have the tire because their employee got lost. They did offer a loaner vehicle and said they could do it tomorrow, but it should not take 7+ hours to get a single tire and put it on a car. I declined the loaner. I will never take my vehicle to this place again nor would I recommend their service to anyone unless they have plenty of time (and apparently money) to waste. They also are high priced. They quoted me almost $200 for a tire when I only paid $140 for the original two months ago. Not a good impression. - update. The owner did call and apologize. While that doesn't take away from the day wasted waiting on a tire, it did help.

I really like the detail that Parkway Automotive uses when they diagnose my cars. It really helps to know what needs to be done and what should be done in the future to keep my cars from breaking down. Great Service!!!
