In my younger days, I used to work on all our vehicles. Still walking into a repair was intimidating. Parkway is different offering a totally different approach to auto repair than I have ever encountered.

These guys are everything I've been wanting in car specialists. Having an older vehicle, there is inevitably a worrisome noise or leak at any given time, but I don't always know how to verbalize what the problem might be. Their 111-point inspection gave me an incredibly in-depth look at all the issues (and potential future issues) that I should be aware of. This is invaluable to me. The overall experience was wonderful, and I will definitely be back.

The entire team at Parkway has a good attitude and excellent customer service. They truly seem to care about the well being of their customers and I don't feel they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a tire destroyed last week by a shard of wood, of all things. Curtis very helpful in researching my options with new tires. Bought four new tires the next day.

After years of going to franchise auto shops that constantly found problems that ABSOLUTELY NEEDED repairing (wiper blades, air filter changes, you know, life-threatening stuff) even though I only wanted an oil change and tire rotation, I'm finally happy to have found a place that will give me great service and an HONEST opinion about the status of my vehicle. Thanks to Curtis and David for helping me out!

After getting some major repairs on my 2004 Honda last year, I signed up for the preferred service plan. My last visit for an oil change was scheduled after reminder notices, so I didn't forget to keep up with the recommended maintenance schedule.
