Was warmly greeted by A.J.and fully explained all the services suggested and needed. Being I flat tow this vehicle, had all drive train fluids changed. They also did the fuel injection service which I actually notice it running smoother. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and highly recommend Parkway Automotive. I used Parkway Automotive based upon recommendation from Next Door. I was pleasantly surprised. It's located on Kirk Road with their office in a little house. They operate like a large modern business. They don't pressure you, they give you a written estimate showing the cost and whether the repair is critical or can be delayed. The service was exactly what we agreed to and they kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. After the repairs were complete, I was asked to drive the vehicle to insure that it was finished to my satisfaction. A pleasant experience all the way.

This place is one of the most friendly mechanics i have ever been to. I called on a Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. I dropped the car off at night. Patrick called me at about 10am the next morning and said he’d get my car in that afternoon and call me then. The problem took a bit longer to diagnose than they thought, so he asked if he could keep the car overnight. He called me the next morning and said they figured out one of the wire connectors was damaged. The diagnosis, the wiring fix and a detailed inspection was about $500. I thought that was very reasonable given the amount of time that I had already spent trying to diagnose the problem.When I inevitably need some work on my car, I will be going back to Parkway!

I love Parkway Automotive. The employees are friendly. The service advisers are honest, They always do a great job with my vehicle. You might pay less at a "quick shop" but this places stands behind their work.

We had a rattling noise that was new and difficult to locate. Parkway did a great job in locating and correcting the issue before our cross country road trip. I trust Parkway Automotive with their diagnostic skills and recommendations for a cost affective approach to vehicle maintenance.

Samuel said the business provided a rental car but the vehicle had a foul odor and it took a day to get it exchanged. He was disgusted with the incident, but he would still recommend the business for service.

In 2012, I signed up for the lifetime oil change for my car, and then in 2013 for my SUV. We love it! First, the always friedly my staff at Parkway make it easy to do business there. It's not always good news, but they explain what is going on and fix your vehicle at a fair price. Second, we love the security of getting through vehicle inspections each visit. Our cars both have 80-90k+ miles and it's good to have the peace of mind knowing they are ok.

Reps are very personable.
We are new to Little Rock, and got a referral for Parkway. The service was excellent, and having the shuttle available was a great help since we are a one-car family. We will continue to service our vehicles here.
They have taken care of service on my Toyota 4 Runner and Toyota Prius and other auto's for several years. They call and explain repairs needed and the cost's to have the work done. I have been very pleased with the work and the courtesy extended me. They take me to my home or job when I drop my vehicle off and pick me up when my vehicle is ready.
