So I had a check engine light on my car so I went to Auto Zone in which they told me it was a battery related part so I came to Parkway I informed them I had already got my light check they insisted on up selling me a diagnostic so I did it and they told me my car just needed a battery so I Paid them $300+ for the battery & diagnostic only to have my check engine light come back on once I got 2 miles from the shop and what do you know it's reading the same error message as before about the battery related part and not the actual battery so I come back tell them to fix the part that Auto Zone told me it was of course they tried to up sell me a diagnostic again but I declined so they charged me $200+ to fix the part I asked them to replace and just like before I got 2 miles from the shop and the light came BACK ON so I took my car to another shop in which I was informed that the part I paid them(PARKWAY) to put on was indeed a bad part so I paid Christian Brothers Automotive to fix the exact same part and my check engine light has not been on since when I called the shop and told them about my issue I was treated very rude as if I wasn't not only a paying customer but a return customer bottom line this is a VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY SHOP I wouldn't recommend and woman or any person who doesn't have mechanical knowledge to take your car here they cannot be trusted to do right by your vehicle.

Are you into paying pink tax? Not knowing when you will have an update. Do you enjoy open racism. Yes, there is a token african american employee, but do not come to this place if you are not a white racist. I have been treated like nothing. Your money will never be good here if you arent one of those above mentined types.
