The reviews I'd read didn't convey the couteous and professional interaction between those folks at Parkway Automotive and myself. Top notch communication throughout the entire job, a/c issue, and at a reasonable price.I'll be going back for future repairs, you get a lot when you use Parkway Automotive... I know, I did!

They're a friendly knowledgeable team, and they have a shuttle service so you don't get stranded or have to miss work. Also one of the few places that can work on Smart Cars in the city. 5/5 would recommend
Although I had an unexpected delay in getting my car back they made sure I was taken care of. They do an excellent job. I appreciate that they have transportation to bring you back and forth. They goout of their way to make sure you are very satisfied

Car trouble - oh no! - that check engine light. While operating fine, we saw this as a sign to get it checked out. Called around to see if we could get it checked out and the first garage was unable to help because they were down to one mechanic. They recommended Parkway - we called and they could see us that day.
When we went in, was greeted right away. Offered coffee and water in a comfortable waiting area. After sharing why we were in the area, we were offered info about the town to conplement our expected adventures
I won't say what they personally did for us to ensure our day was a good one - but they went beyond good customer service to diagnose the problem and help us enjoy our fun day out.
LR area folks have a little gem of an auto shop with expert guides, an enjoyable southern style, and professional mannerism.

Every time I go there I am pleased with the results not to mention the follow up from Mike .The men in the office are top notch as well as the shop .
As a vendor I can’t say enough good about this place and the people inside! I am in and out of shops all day long and Parkway goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a personalized visit and they leave highly satisfied.
Impeccable service. Professional folks. These guys are on top of their game. Very tight ship they run here. But I think the pricing is a tad high. I've had two flats today. One on my wife's vehicle. I took it off myself and drove to a shop near my home. Was charged less in Cabot. I work in LR and my son had a flat and called for help ( spare was useless). I took it off also and brought it in. Was expecting country rates.... but I still think blue jeans are 9 dollars. Maybe I'm just old.
Have used Parkway Automotive several times for my personal and work vehicles (sprinter van) and they are amazing. The customer service will blow you away. Inspection service they offer will give you peace of mind on your vehicle.
Was traveling and my truck broke a u joint and dropped it off at Parkway Automotive and everyone there was very pleasant to deal with and extremely courteous. I dealt with AJ mostly but everyone was just as polite and made the experience great and they did everything they could to help me out and make the situation easier. I can't say enough good things about Parkway Automotive and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I lived in Little Rock then these would be the people I let take care of my vehicle for any concerns I could not fix myself. They're an incredible business that actually takes care of their customers and will go to great lengths to accommodate any of your needs. 10 out of 5 stars.
Being a single woman, finding good car repair is scary, especially when you move to a new city. I was hesitate the first time I went in to Parkway, I was nervous to say the least. AJ told me what was wrong, he gave me his recommendations and let me decide what I wanted done. I was thrilled. He also introduced me to their Oil Change package (I am sure it has a real name). It turned out to the best thing I have purchased for my vehicle and has paid for itself many times over in the last 5 years. Yes, they will tell you everything you want to know about your car, but they let you decide what you want to fix right away and what you want to wait on. No pressure, No hassle. AJ and Curtis are amazing, I give them a hard time, but I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Thanks for everything!
They were great. The staff was very friendly and were great at explaining everything. The inspection they do on the car is great and comes with pictures so you can see exactly what they are talking about. The shuttle service is also awesome when you have to drop off your vehicle. Will be taking my other vehicles there.

My daughter & I were traveling from Tennessee to Texas and stopped to eat dinner in Little Rock when her Cadillac unexpectedly broke down on a Friday night. We found Parkway on the internet. I was at the dealership at 8am on Saturday morning. Paul the Service Mgr greeted me. Without technicians working on Saturday he found a tech that would come in and help us. They found the repairs that needed to be made, handed us a very affordable bill, and even gave us a beautiful umbrella to take with us. We were in the road back to Texas that afternoon.
The dealership sent us a comment card. There wasn't enough room to write it all down. I highly recommend the Parkway Cadillac Service and Dealership.
Thank you Paul and all the other staff member that turned our nightmare easier to manage.

My experience with Parkway has been good in every way. Great service, very knowledgeable about my car. Reasonable prices. I love the shuttle service. They took a lot of time to explain the repair that was needed. I am so happy to have found people I can trust
Parkway Automotive is so helpful when it comes to automotive repair. The VIP program is a great way to stay informed on what is going on with your car while also getting your oil changed. I personally love the email reminders because I am very forgetful when it comes to any sort of routine maintenance. Thank you for all your hard work Parkway!
They pick you up, they drop you off, and they are very thorough. They finally found out what was going on with my car (we had been trying to get the dealer to find it for years). They are very responsive and eager to take care of their customers. Their customer care is excellent. My favorite part is having one contact person throughout my experience, someone who knows what is going on with me and can take care of any questions that arise.
They explain all issues thoroughly and offer several possible solutions. They research many options before discussing your vehicle with you. First class customer service.
The folks at Parkway always treat me with great respect when I bring in my vehicles, as a women this is high on my list of must-haves. When my daughter's car wouldn't start and she called Parkway, Kim asked if my daughter was in a safe place! What peace of mind did that bring to me! Thank you Parkway!
I've been going to parkway for many years. The guys at parkway are very good at what they do, and aways honest. I know my car will be well taken care of with them.
For almost 7 years now, I have used Parkway Automotive. I have both my company and my wife’s person car serviced here. I read some of the other reviews and decide I need to give my two cents worth. Overall, I consider Parkway to be a good value for my money. Sure you can get something done cheaper at Wal Mart. Who can’t? If price is your only concern… well good luck. If you want consistent and reliable service you can trust, this is the place to be. If they mess up they do not try and hide it. The come clean and do their best to make it right. I think the tire story is a great example of things going wrong and Parkway being proactive and doing their best to make it right. Too many shops would have just put on the wrong tire and hope you wouldn’t notice. It is that kind of integrity that keeps me coming back.
