John runs a good shop. Him and his team have always givin me fair pricing on any repairs or maintenance that I've had done to my vehicle. If there's anything that his team spots that might need to be replaced, they let me know right away. Him and his team are not pushy or try to intimidate you into replacing things just to make a quick buck. If something needs to be replaced they will let you know and let you decide if you want to take care of it now or later.

Great job guys. Awsome service and very professional.
Been taking multiple vehicles for many years, and I’ve never had a problem with their service. The service is always reliable and the customer service is excellent. I would never think of taking my vehicle anywhere else.
I always take my cars into Murrays, I can trust that the car is being properly serviced and work being done is required. I have recommended many friends and they also feel the same way.
This is my favorite auto shop in town. Part of the reason is because it's in walking distance. The real reasons are the customer service and the quality work. I only added the 4* because sometimes prices appear to run a little high for parts. Otherwise, this would be a complete 5* review! At least they don't jerk you around, though. They always give straight up honesty and never try to push unneeded services. Overall, I wouldn't change mechanics.
J Murray Auto has been great to us. They always have a competitive price on labor and are willing to shop around for you to get the best price possible for parts. We have never had to wait long to get or vehicles back either.John and Zach are both very professional and helpful. I don't see us using a different different service shop any time soon.
