I wish to preface this review with facts of exactly why I chose a Winner! I am a retired veteran working part time at an auto parts store. Prior to having repairs to my vehicle under unique circumstances, Garry's is also a customer on my delivery route. Aside from getting to know all of the friendly, honest, professional staff at this establishment through deliveries, I would observe the extreme cleanliness and order of the shop, along with the orderly, well equipped layout of each mechanics work area. Last Thursday, I was on the opposite end of the spectrum as a customer! When I pulled into the yard, I noticed how clean the parking lot was and also the manicured landscaping. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by the Service Writer, " Luke ". He instantly recognized me and inquired as to my visit. I was running late for an appointment and starting to get stressed because my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree! Luke very calmly and professionally address the issue by asking me a few questions in regards to symptoms the vehicle was exhibiting, He stated that he could get the car right in right away for a quick analysis and did so. Within 10 minuets his mechanic had very efficiently conducted a battery of tests determining the problem was an oxygen sensor. Luke said I should purchase the part from my company for a better deal. He handed me a set of keys to a vehicle and said to take this loaner to get the part . Unbeknownst to me, Luke had called ahead informing the sales person of my needs , upon my arrival the part was waiting for me. Garry's Auto Service gets a Ten out of Ten from me for appearance, professionalism. Honesty and integrity, automotive knowledge, and providing the most OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE experience! We have been bringing my wife's SLK350 here for service and inspection since we bought it. We used Garry's for a pre-buy inspection and they gave us a very thorough and honest assessment of the car, which gave us confidence in buying it. We have since had the car serviced there and have had nothing but excellent service. Luke is always helpful on the phone and will give you a breakdown on what is needed, why, the cost, what needs to be done right away, and what can be put off. Having a shop like this to work with has been great and we will continue to go here for trustworthy service and reliable advice. Thanks!

Honest and professional. After Garry's Service Center performed some minor service on my vehicle, I returned to the shop to pay my invoice, while also taking the opportunity to express some concerns I had with respect to the service and the resulting invoice. While there was nothing substandard about the actual work they performed, the staff at Garry's acknowledged a mutual miscommunication and waived the fee resulting from the work. Despite numerous attempts to pay the invoice in order to close the matter, the staff at Garry's repeatedly insisted upon waiving the fee, citing the importance of customer satisfaction and return business as far exceeding the collection of a small service fee. The staff at Garry's was professional and courteous throughout our conversation, and their commitment to customer satisfaction (and sound business practices) made for a pleasant experience. I will return to Garry's in the future, and recommend their services to others!

I would like to highly recommend Garry's Service Center for automotive repair and maintenance. Just yesterday.I discovered my car would not start at all. I called Cheryl and Luke at Garry's and asked for help.Luke personally came to my home 20 minutes later and got my aging BMW started. I then drove to Garry's and Cheryl set me up with a new battery and had the electrical system checked. I was back on the road by noon. This is just the most recent of years of happy experiences at Garry's. We were first referred there by another reputable mechanic in town. They could not fix the AC in my wife's older SAAB. Nor could the local SAAB dealership! Garry's got it fixed. We have been going there ever since. I should mention their excellent fleet of loaners which make getting repairs and maintenance painless. They are extremely skilled and honest. The staff is truly there to help. Garry's has my enthusiastic and unqualified endorsement.

I just moved to Concord, and I drive a lot for my job. The clutch went on my Subaru hatchback, and I managed to get it over to Garry's since it's close to my house. I dropped my car off, and they even offered me a loaner. I opted to rent from Enterprise around the corner, and Luke insisted on calling them to get me Garry's awesome rate. They also gave me a ride over to Enterprise. The clutch was fixed the next day (along with new spark plugs and a few other things), and the price ended up on the low end of what I researched online. Also, it ended up being a pretty good deal since NH doesn't charge tax. Garry's couldn't have been more helpful, and accommodating to my work situation while they had my car. I definitely found my go-to auto shop in my new hometown; thanks Garry's!

My husband and I have been going to Garry's for years now. We are always happy with the service we receive the pricing is reasonable and they are more than willing to provide a quality loaner vehicle for any extended work.

Friendly and honest shop. This place truly values the customer. It's rare to find shops like this. I service three of my cars here and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Luke at the front desk is great, always calls with updates and is friendly. The owners also work at the front desk and are very nice people. They stand behind their work and do a quality job.

First time customer at Garry's Service Center and I'm very pleased with how they worked me into their busy schedule. I look forward to having Garry's as my go to service center for my Ford Edge in the future.

1- It was me who chose Garry's as the location to have my car towed, not the insurance company. I did so after looking online to find a local shop who may have some knowledge of Vanagons, as they are rather rare these days. 2 - Yes, I am an experienced mechanic (ASE certified master mechanic) with 27 years of restoring and repairing Porsche and VW's. However, I knew that my word wouldn't carry any weight with the insurance company since it is my car. That is why I sought out a mechanic who I thought would know something about this type of vehicle. If knowing something about your car and being an informed customer screams "be careful" to Garry, I feel sorry for his customers that rely on him blindly. 3 - I never said anything about "dealing with the insurance company" other than that rather than use any recompenses to simply repair the gaskets, I would probably put it toward a total rebuild. Therefor, I told them that if the insurance company had them disassemble it, not to bother putting it back together(it would be wasted labor). It turned out what the insurance company told me as the reason for towing my vehicle to a shop and told them was totally different, so it became a non issue. 4 - As I had just driven from another shop where I had my vehicle state inspected 5 minutes earlier, and have a statement from them saying that there were no coolant leaks (minor oil seepage from case halves was never claimed as pertaining to accident), and a statement from the state police saying that he saw it gushing coolant after, Garry's insinuation that I am a liar with his "now leaking" comment in quotes is pretty sleazy, untrue, and unwarranted. I would have to be the Lex Luthor of insurance fraud with incredible knowledge of future events to have arranged all of this in order to get someone else's insurance to pay for an existing problem with my car, as he implied. 4 - It was not me who asked Garry's to disassemble my engine - it was (supposed to be) the insurance company. The car was at my house when they first inspected it, and the insurance company ASKED ME to have it towed to a shop so that they could "do a partial diasembly to see the extent of the damage". This was part of the miscommunication that I was originally coming online to correct - the insurance company told me they were sending it to the shop for dissasembly, but ended up just taking more pictures. As the insurance company was the one who asked for it, of course I wasn't going to tell Garry's to just start taking things apart and I would bare financial liablity! Lest you think Garry's bent over backwards out of the goodness of their heart for nothing and I am mister terrible customer who slammed them for their efforts, they received more for storage fees for having my van sit there and for them to roll it inside and put it up on a lift 2 or 3 times than they would have for actually repairing anything, so they should be pretty happy. They made out very well financially for extremely little effort. After the first week or two of complete lack of communication Garry's did step up and go to bat for me by calling the insurance companies and did offer to come to court for me, which I appreciate. It's too bad Garry, who I have never even seen or spoken to, felt obliged to reply to my initial comments by passive aggressively attacking me instead of calling or emailing me and talking about it. I called and stopped into his shop several times trying to get everyone on the same page, since I saw that the insurance company was telling everyone different things, BEFORE I wrote my initial comments. I guess his "customers" don't get the same curtesy

Wonderful service, and honest! Brought a truck in to be inspected, and they told me everything wrong with the vehicle. Saved me from potentially spending 11,000!!!! Thank you for doing business right!

Garry's Service Center is amazing & they deserve more than 5 stars... I live in Vermont and I was driving to Maine today. I got an oil change 3 days ago, so I would be ready for the trip. Upon entering Concord, (about halfway through my trip, far from both home and my destination) my dashboard lit up with a low oil alert. I pulled off the interstate and found this service center that specializes in Audis & other European cars. I walked in during lunch hour with no appointment, and completely at their mercy. Not only did they take my car immediately into their shop, but they showed me the undercarriage covered in oil and the part that had been damaged during the original oil change in Vermont. While I waited, I was shown to a waiting room that looks like my living room at home, given the free wifi password, and sat a desk to do work on my computer. I was given a loaner car (free!) to go and get lunch. By the time I was back, my car was ready- another oil change, a new part, AND they cleaned up the oil that had splattered underneath. So they fixed a mistake that some one else had made, and had me back on the road in under 2 hours. When I walked in, I was very frustrated and annoyed. When I left I was in a great mood- I could not have had a better experience. Luke and his crew are the best. VERY PROFESSIONAL & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I never write reviews and now I cannot shut up about this place. I will find an excuse to go back and give them more business.

While I slowly drove the Saab to that shop, I passed a sign that stated, "Saab .... Serviced." I pulled in to Garry's Service Center, and explain my situation. In ten minutes the customer representative had arranged a technician's schedule, so the Saab could be analyzed. After it was determined the turbo was blown, I was provided a loaner car to continue my trip, a new turbo was over-nighted to replace the blown turbo and my repaired Saab was waiting for pick-up when I returned from my trip. What would I rate the help and service afforded me by the staff at Garry's Service Center: EXTRAORDINARY!

I have been bringing my 2011 Saab and 2011 GMC Yukon Xl there for about one year now. Jeff and Cheryol are both wonderful people on the business and personal level. My cars are well taken care of. They do some very expensive cars there and they do a swell splendid job. I will always continue to go there and highly recommend them. Thank you very much you guys.

We have been consistently pleased with the high quality, personal service that we have experienced at Garry's for many, many years. Our SAABs, mini-vans, trailers and Hybrid Lexus' (for the past 8 years) all have gotten excellent attention. Jeff and Cheryl and the entire crew have become more like friends....but when it comes to getting the job done right, at reasonable costs, touching every base in customer service, Garry's can't be beat.

Let's face it, some of us just aren't car people. That said, not all car people are fair. It can be confusing. In my case, I was on the hunt for a good quality used car that wouldn't break the bank. Jeff (who I think is like the new Garry) went so far out of his way to help me in this process, that I thought maybe I was getting filmed on some type of happy reality car TV show. Relying on Garry's to complete the pre-purchase inspections was totally the best $50 I could have spent. In total, it saved me from overpaying for two different cars by over three thousand dollars. These folks are trustworthy and competent - both traits that you want when it comes to cars. Particularly when you don't really know what you're doing. And, they're patient and fair too which is an added plus.

- I have been going to Garry's since 1999. I took short break from them and tried other mechanics but found that I was constantly having work done. I realized that at Garry's they are there to keep you car on the road and to help you get the most life out of your car. All the years I was going to Garry's I found my cars lasted a very long time I think the highest mileage I got out of one was 285,000! I know it was because of thier committment to keeping cars safe and running correctly. I strayed once I will never do that again. I feel more safe in my vehicle knowing that hey have taken care of it. I also found them to actually care about thier customers and they have treated me above and beyond GREAT!

I do not trust any dealership or service garage very easily from past experiences. I have worked on and serviced my own vehicles and motorcycles for 30 years. I cannot say enough how glad I am to have come upon Garry's Service Center and now have all my concerns addressed by Cheryl, Jeff and their Professional Technician Staff. They are all a class act that comes with a high degree of Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism. Their Customer Service is second to none. I really believe that we lack this kind of service today in this country as consumers. I thank you Cheryl, Jeff and your Professional staff of Technicians for restoring my faith in Customer Service and having a sense of security with an Automotive Service Station. I've been taking my vehicles to Garry's for 4 years. They are consistently excellent with their work and helpful with their advice. However, this last time, the effort was beyond exceptional. During a routine oil change, they found a crack in my Toyota RAV4's muffler. When they went to replace it, found that it was of a piece with the catalytic converter, and that piece was going to be very expensive. So Cheryl advocated for us to Toyota, which agreed the part was warranted, so they got a free part from Toyota, and I only paid for labor. this is more than exceptional customer service -- this is really working for the customer, above and beyond what might be expected.

I've been doing business now with these kind folks for many years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and superb service everytime I go in . It is not just the loaner cars, fast and accurate service, or the coffee and free snacks that they offer that keep me coming in. It's the excellent customer service, personal relationship that they strive to have with every one of their customers, and they're wonderful service manager who has always done right by me. I would recommend Gary service center over anybody in the state.

I have been a very appreciative and loyal customer for Garry's for over 10 years. I have always found the service outstanding, the mechanics are outstanding will take time to explain the problem clearly and will discuss your vehicle with you. They usually come in at or under their quote. They will let me come into the garage and view the car on the lift, a big plus to one who likes to see the process up close and first hand. Jeff the owner is always happy to give you a tour. He is very proud of his business and his staff. I have sent several friends to Garry's and all were happy with the work done on their cars.

I love taking my vehicle to Garry's! The staff are polite and well-trained, they return your calls when they say they will, and they are honest. I feel like I can trust them with anything! Overall distrust. You know that feeling when you leave and then you realize, oh my gosh, I was just screwed. That's the feeling you might get if you visit this place. What kills me even more is that I know a fair amount about cars, but my level in trust in people is too high and that's where things went astray here. The reason overall why I am upset with my visit is because I told them the sole purpose of my visit was because the car was not tracking straight. (needed alignment I thought) But I had already taken it somewhere to align it twice and they agreed they'd look it over to see if there was "something preventing a good alignment." Their word, not mine. Instead, they aligned it and also tacked on more work and diagnostics without any of my approval. They assured me, "we'll take good care of you". This is my fault for not asking them how much it would cost but also their since they did not have any prior approval, even verbal from me to do anything else other than alignment "if they thought it would help" and also the diagnostic plug-in. To summarize, given the chance (and I gave them the chance) this shop uses deceptive and distracting tactics, such as quoting me $1,400 for a part of the car that does not even relate to the alignment and then distracting me from calling Bu#@ $hit on them due to the shock. I will probably call them tomorrow to see if there is something they can do - but overall people should still be warned of this place. An honest shop would have charged me for the alignment and maybe half hour's labor rate because it was only in there for a total of maybe 1.5 hours, MAX. 9AM - 10:30AM; no parts changed. That's a pretty profitable hour and a half I'd say, wow!
