I've never walked into a Repair Shop and immediately felt comfortable. Excellent Service folks behind the desk and they knew EVERYONE'S name that walked in during my wait. Prices are FAR below the dealer and free loaner cars? Are you kidding me? I won't go anywhere else now, period.

- I have been going to Garry's since 1999. I took short break from them and tried other mechanics but found that I was constantly having work done. I realized that at Garry's they are there to keep you car on the road and to help you get the most life out of your car. All the years I was going to Garry's I found my cars lasted a very long time I think the highest mileage I got out of one was 285,000! I know it was because of thier committment to keeping cars safe and running correctly. I strayed once I will never do that again. I feel more safe in my vehicle knowing that hey have taken care of it. I also found them to actually care about thier customers and they have treated me above and beyond GREAT!

I'll keep it simple. I brought my truck there to have them investigate a coolant leak. After their $89 "diagnostic" they said my radiator needed to be replaced. The price tag: $1090. I took the same truck to Merril's Radiator Service the next day, and they determined the leak was due to a faulty hose clamp. Price tag: $58. The folks at Garry's are either incompetent, or crooked -- two qualities that don't mix well in business. Everyone I know will be aware of my experience.

I recently almost bought a (very) used pickup, and brought it in to see what it would need to pass inspection. Turns out they saved me a LOT of heartbreak and expense. They found a long list of problems that would have made the vehicle very expensive to bring up to inspection standards. And they didn't charge a cent for their painstaking anaylsis. I've heard great things about Garry's and now I know why. Thanks guys!

I ended up at Garry's during a move from North Carolina to Vermont. I stopped to visit my family outside of Concord, and on my way out, the car broke down. Luckily, Cheryl urged me to come in, even though they didn't really have space to take the car. She said that she didn't want me to have to drive if the car was unsafe, so they could at least figure out what was going on. I brought the car in, and they took care of me completely. I have never had anyone explain car issues so completely, they showed me what was going on under the hood, described everything in detail, and printed out a list of everything for me to take with me. I only ended up getting the emergent issues fixed, but can strongly recommend the shop to anyone who needs car work done. On top of everything, they offered me a ride, a loaner, they have wifi, a cozy sitting room with clean bathrooms, and coffee. What more could you ask for?

I do not trust any dealership or service garage very easily from past experiences. I have worked on and serviced my own vehicles and motorcycles for 30 years. I cannot say enough how glad I am to have come upon Garry's Service Center and now have all my concerns addressed by Cheryl, Jeff and their Professional Technician Staff. They are all a class act that comes with a high degree of Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism. Their Customer Service is second to none. I really believe that we lack this kind of service today in this country as consumers. I thank you Cheryl, Jeff and your Professional staff of Technicians for restoring my faith in Customer Service and having a sense of security with an Automotive Service Station. I've been taking my vehicles to Garry's for 4 years. They are consistently excellent with their work and helpful with their advice. However, this last time, the effort was beyond exceptional. During a routine oil change, they found a crack in my Toyota RAV4's muffler. When they went to replace it, found that it was of a piece with the catalytic converter, and that piece was going to be very expensive. So Cheryl advocated for us to Toyota, which agreed the part was warranted, so they got a free part from Toyota, and I only paid for labor. this is more than exceptional customer service -- this is really working for the customer, above and beyond what might be expected.

STAY AWAY!!!! You'll be thankful that you did!! I recently moved here here from out of state. I brought my car to get a state inspection done, but I was told that I would have to remove my window tints (state law). I didn't like idea, but it had to be done. Asked how much it would cost to have it removed, their response was, "It's going to take a few hours, so you're looking at couple hundred dollars." I was shocked and in disbelief that it would cost so much just to removed the two side windows not four, but (2). So I did some research on the internet I found a shop that would do it for $25 and the kicker was it took 15 minutes to complete not a few hours, which was earlier stated. And as fate would have it, down the street from the place that removed my tints, I found a shop that charges $35 less for STATE INSPECTION than what GARRY'S was charging. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST PEOPLE!!! Before settling. I agree with Wilson McBride on his review, it must be friends and family that gave this service center high marks. I'm glad they didn't get my money and disappointed that they would cheat folks out of their hard earn money...... sad sad sad. Garry's Tint Removal=Couple hundred dollars (2) car windows. Garry's Estimated Time of completion= Hours Garry's State Inspection= $35 The Other Guys Tint Removal=$25 The Other Guys Time of completion=15 minutes The Other Guys State Inspection=$14.95 THE END RESULT OF NOT GETTING SCREWED= PRICELESS!!!!

I've been doing business now with these kind folks for many years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and superb service everytime I go in . It is not just the loaner cars, fast and accurate service, or the coffee and free snacks that they offer that keep me coming in. It's the excellent customer service, personal relationship that they strive to have with every one of their customers, and they're wonderful service manager who has always done right by me. I would recommend Gary service center over anybody in the state.

I have been screwed by many mechanics and am very timid about getting my car fixed. Not at Garry's. They always give me a reasonable quote and take the time to get my car fixed quickly and correctly. The staff is very friendly and the loaner car is a definite plus. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic. I love how I can walk in and they know who I am and what my car is and I am not scared about leaving my car there. Thanks Garry's, you will see me every time I need my car fixed.

These guys are great. Always terrific service and always fixed right! They are the ONLY shop I will trust with my classic 76 Corvette. After trying the rest I have found the best.

I have been a very appreciative and loyal customer for Garry's for over 10 years. I have always found the service outstanding, the mechanics are outstanding will take time to explain the problem clearly and will discuss your vehicle with you. They usually come in at or under their quote. They will let me come into the garage and view the car on the lift, a big plus to one who likes to see the process up close and first hand. Jeff the owner is always happy to give you a tour. He is very proud of his business and his staff. I have sent several friends to Garry's and all were happy with the work done on their cars.

Thanks so much once again to Jeff, Cheryl and the folks at Garry's! Thanks for working with my crazy schedule and getting me in last Friday. I always get great service at a fair price. I can't imagine putting my baby in the care of another Service Center and I know I'm on a safe set of wheels! You're the best team in NH!
