Had Reed's Automotive replace the left power window motor June 2023....It stopped working ...Took it in and they had fixed in a couple of days...Donald and his crew did a incredible job....All under warranty too...
Donald is helpful, they accommodated my giant 6.7L Cummins diesel work truck and helped me get on my way ASAP. I will recommend them and be returning thanks Donald, Reeds and friends.
Reed's did an excellent job fixing the various mechanical issues on my 1978 Lincoln when no other shop would even look at it. John is a master mechanic who should be given an award for his outstanding skills and professionalism. I will highly recommend Reed's to all my family and friends.

I have a 2009 Scion xD. My experience with Reed's: Donald customer service is outstanding, professional and friendly. Jon worked on my car and did a great job, 13 years old car running like a new one. Also, the headlights on my car needed some polishing and now they look alike brand new. Very impressed with this reliable and reasonable place. Donald gave me a quote for the replacement of a lightbulb and that’s what it was, no bait and switch. Great shop… Got me in and out quickly. Replaced the plugged fuel filter on my RV. Checked the fuel pump and found it was in good condition. They didn’t just start replacing things waiting for a cure. They evaluated, then fixed what needed. Also recommended a local shop for my exhaust/catalytic converter problems, and called ahead to make an appointment for me. Great service overall. I am so so glad I took my car here!!! I was recommended here by my boyfriend for my broken air conditioning and they were super quick in getting it checked out. Not even 2 hours after I dropped it off Donald gave me a call and told me what was wrong and how much it'd cost, and it was all fixed within a couple hours after that. Very reasonable pricing and the guys who work here are very kind, competent, and honest. I will definitely be coming back in the future for my car maintenance.
They did a great job fixing my truck and have great customer service!
We had need for an urgent brake job on my daughters ford ranger, since the rear brakes were leaking fluid. On short notice we were able to drop it off on Saturday afternoon and have it back by early on Monday. John and Donald took great care of us and the work completed was excellent!
