I could not have had a better experience here. They stuck to their estimate despite it taking way longer then expected, squeezed me in the same day I decided I needed the fix and were nothing but sweet and wonderful every time I was in the shop. I can not recommend them enough!!

This is the worst experience I had while repairing my BMW for a simple oil leak.To begin with they charged me $1200 to fix oil leak.The fix didnt work from day 1. They kept delaying the fix for actual root cause. My garage floor has oil leaks all over place.Its been couple of months back n forth and they are conveniently blaming some other part for oil leaks and asking for $1100 moreNever heard of $2300 for an oil leak.Either the owner/technicians dont know what they are supposed to fix or duping customers or both.Avoid this place if you love your car.

These guys are awesome. Really good service and they really know there craft. Not only did they fix my car but they had great prices as well. I'll be using them from now on.

I found this place by accident after my car broke down on the freeway on my way to work. I called over and spoke with Mark who was wonderful. I had my car towed to this facility to get it diagnosed and repaired. Mark kept me informed throughout the process as to what was being done and the cost. 1 day later, my repairs are done and I will never use another mechanic again. In fact I'm joking with my coworkers now that this is the 1st car trouble we have had that didn't require a Costco size bottle of Tylenol. Thank you Mark and team for making a stressful and scary situation into a hassle free experience.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Mark helped me from beginning to end and also showed a lot of compassion and understanding with my situation; where he had multiple opportunities to upsell or charge. All the reviews are right, this is a really great shop.

I was visiting Seattle when my dad's truck developed a problem. Had it towed to Bothell Way Garage and they had the problem diagnosed that day and fixed the next morning. Price was good too. Excellent customer service, a garage you can trust.

I never do service reviews but Bothell garage and Marks team have continued to really deliver fast, complete and honest auto service on my cars over the years. You would be hard pressed to find a better shop for big complex repairs or simple small jobs. Great reliable shop.

Bothell Way Garage is where you want to take your car. They are honest, fair, and best of all friendly. I always know I am going to be treated right when I take my car in for servicing. I appreciate that they find the best solution for me, personally, as everyone's situation is different.
