I was fretting endlessly because I thought I was having issues with my suspension. I called Bothell Way Garage, who then instructed me to drop my car off so that it could be test driven. Their service is incredibly friendly and professional, and I have the utmost confidence that they will do right by anyone who comes in! It turned that my car was fine, but getting the peace of mind from the experts here really put me at ease! If something actually does go wrong, I won't hesitate to go back!!
They very nice person. I got big job for them and they give me good price then other shop did. First time they give u $100 off first time. If you need your car fix come here they fast and very good to. Very good place. I have 2007 Nissan Murano all rust under my SUV they give me good price.
Best shop hands down! Had probably the worst situation you can imagine with my 2011 Mustang gt. Had to get a new motor, Dave did a amazing shop got the job done in less then a week and it was all perfect. Mark helped me with everything and very reasonable pricing. Some of the best customer service ever!
I was actually very surprised by the friendliness of the manager and the quick time it took to fix my car.Very happy compared to other garages. I would rate 5/5 but I don't trust 5-star ratings online.But yes this was a great shop.
Absolutely the best place for any vehicular work. Their price (for my spring install) couldn't be beat, and the crew has exceptional customer service. Mark is very down to earth and makes you feel like a friend from the start. They exceeded all my expectations in customer service, quality of work, and even timely completion. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't seriously consider Bothell Way Garage for your auto repair/upgrade needs.

These guys are awesome. Really good service and they really know there craft. Not only did they fix my car but they had great prices as well. I'll be using them from now on.

These guys have fixed many cars for me, and they've done it better than anyone else. Not only do they put you first, but they put no one last (except the competition)
This is the worst experience I had while repairing my BMW for a simple oil leak.
To begin with they charged me $1200 to fix oil leak.
The fix didnt work from day 1. They kept delaying the fix for actual root cause. My garage floor has oil leaks all over place.
Its been couple of months back n forth and they are conveniently blaming some other part for oil leaks and asking for $1100 more
Never heard of $2300 for an oil leak.
Either the owner/technicians dont know what they are supposed to fix or duping customers or both.
Avoid this place if you love your car.
