Called to get an estimate on a repair but I wasn't 100% sure what needed to be repaired. Tried explaining what was going on and the guy who answered the phone rudely responded by saying it would take too long for him to help figure out what the issue would be and I need to call when I know what's going on. Thanks... I'll take my business elsewhere.
Definitely a good experience! They were very sweet with providing transportation to and from their shop! Besides any dealership theyre the only shop I know that offers that. Very good customer service! I'll definitely be coming back!
This is was my first time visiting this shop and they are one of the best shops I have ever visited. Went above and beyond my expectations and had my car fixed very quickly! This is now the shop that I recommend to my friends and family in Seattle

Friendly, fast and cost conscious pricing. I’ve had two issues corrected that cropped up on a vehicle and they exceeded my expectations of time and quality each time. It's even better that they are my local neighborhood shop, making them very convenient and worth supporting. I'd give them a sixth star if I could.
Very pleased with Bothell Way Garage. They are honest, affordable, professional, and prompt in their work. I made an appointment with them a week out, but later they called me the same day and said they could take me in, as their schedule freed up. They diagnosed my truck and needed to replace my front driver axle, due to a clicking noise and 3 hours later I was able to pick up my truck and drive away satisfied. They also gave me 15% off as I was a new customer. Highly recommend Bothell Way Garage.
