Bought a car from the bob the owner, thinking that the car would be in great shape because he is a mechanic, and I have had nothing but problems from the car. Every thing that he said was fixed, it breaking down. When I took it back to him he said that I need get my catalytic converter fixed, I took it the an actual Subaru mechanic and they said that wasn't the problem at all. So he lied to me so he can make some money. DONT GO HERE!!!

I have been looking for a shop for a while. I have an older truck and it needs some TLC. I can't wrench worth a damn and I didn't want to get taken for a ride. I did my homework and Bothell Way Garage came up time and time again as the place to go - so I went. I could not be happier with the work done, their desire to be fair and their honesty. I still have work that needs doing and I know where I'll be taking my truck. If you need a shop - this is the place, no question.

I couldn't figure out why my clutch was slipping when it shouldn't have been. After taking it to Bothell Way Garage they discovered I needed a new clutch master cylinder. They were priced right and the job was done quickly and professionally. My clutch isn't slipping anymore. Job well done!

I don't have much time these days to do much wrenching on my classic cars - BWG is the only shop in town I trust to work on my collector cars. They are honest, upfront, and they do the job right, or make it right. I give them my highest recommendation, because good mechanics are very hard to find.

So I left my '98 GMC Jimmy for the day so they could do an oil change and a fuel filter replacement. They did forget to call me when it was done and kept it til around closing time. However, Bob kindly apologized and told me he would be there an hour later so I could pick it. I really do appreciate that extra step they were willing to go for the customer opposed to how other places would probably just keep it over night. Needless to say my car runs very nice and I will be coming back.

Our experience was top notch. They assessed a few issues our 2003 Ford F150 was having and were able to solve and replace the parts that needed attention. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

I am new to the area and I knew my mini van needed work before I even got here. My mini van limped along for months until the weather started to get nice and I realized my air conditioner didn't work. That's when things got serious. One day in 405 traffic at 93F and no A/C was it for me. I looked up on line for local car mechanics and found Bothell Way Garage was close to me, and also close to the rental car place (Enterprise). It was so convenient to drop off my van at Bothell Garage, walk down the street, and step into my rental car (which had A/C and did not smell like sweaty teenage boys - can I get a "HALLELUJAH!") Man I thought I was living large rolling in that Hyundai, but that's another review for another time. I digress: A couple of things I really liked before I even stepped into Bothell Garage was all of the positive reviews the Bothell Garage got and the fact that Bob, the manager, responded kindly to the few and far between negative reviews. That told me that Bob really does care about his customers no matter what. Bob did a complete diagnostic on my mini van, and as suspected it needed A LOT of work but Bob helped me prioritize (read fix A/C and install automatic wine tap!) Ok, so I'm kidding about the wine tap but Bob would have done it if I asked and if it was legal I'm sure. We made a plan to get all the work done spread out over six months to keep my van running, keep me cool, and also to keep me out of the poor house. Bob was able to schedule automatic reminders so that I will get an email reminding me to have the next scheduled maintenance done - and he arranged it during a time when my kids will be out of school so that I won't need a rental car. Hopefully Bob can drop my kids off at soccer practice, but we'll talk about that come August at the next scheduled maintenance. Very nice and convenient for this busy mom of 4! Thank you Bothell Garage!

I brought in a vehicle for them to do a thorough inspection for either repair, or to decide to get rid of the vehicle. These guys spent way more time trying to identify all of the issues than I expected and they were very thorough. I received a comprehensive list of issues, including a major problem that was hard to diagnose. We agreed that it wasn't worth spending the money on repairing this car. Excellent work and I am very confident of their expertise and integrity! Highly recommended.

First time customer. Review is for an oil change only. Excellent and speedy service at a good price. I also LOVED that they didn't try to convince me that I needed a bunch of other service done. They did recommend that I keep an eye on my transmission fluid, but it wasn't urgent and they would check it on my next oil change. I appreciate that!
