How nice is it to have a local shop that you can send your kid to for repairs & know they will be honest & do the job right.Thanks guys.
Flexible, knowledgeable, and honest. It is hard to find a shop that meets all of these criteria and Bothell Way Garage does so.

Car broke down in morning rush hour traffic (clutch cable snapped). Had it towed to Bob's, and he had it up and running by the end of the day. Always great service!
I contacted Bob at Bothell Way Garage, I had a shoulder operation and needed some work done to my 52 Chevy,he did the job very fast,I had them go thru the Chevy to make sure it was road worthy,they did a great job and kept me in the loop every step of the way,Will use them for future projects,Thanks again Bothell Way Garage!!
As always, Bothell Way Garage comes through. Whether these guys are replacing entire distributors, or simply changing the oil, I can always count on a job well done at an affordable price. I just wish I had discovered this place earlier. Keep up the good work!
Professional service. Called me back after I didn't leave a message. Dropped off my car at mid day to find out what was wrong, and the car was fixed by the end of the day. Fast, straightforward and efficient. Good price for fast turnaround on diagnosis and installation. I'll be back for sure.
Bothell Way Garage is the only place we've gone to for more than three years. So far we've only been for oil changes and once for scheduled maintenance. I like Bothell Way because they are close to where we live, easy to schedule an appointment, fast and friendly service and more than anything, wheelchair accessible.
Bob got me in at the last minute and quickly diagnosed the problem. He advised that my vehicle was safe to drive until he could order the part in the following day. He fixed the problem and did it for under the repair cost he initially quoted me. I will be taking my vehicles to BWG from now on. Bob is trustworthy and professional.
I started going to Bothell Way Garage about 3 years ago after being referred to by a friend. I was knew to the area and skeptical about finding a good shop that I could trust not only with cost of work being done but with the professionalism while having it done. I couldn't be happier with them on both levels. These folks are courteous, caring and professional all the way. I've now had minor work done all the way up to major jobs and always left feeling good instead of the usual " I got taken again" that I experienced at other shops. I couldn't recommend Bob and the pros in the shop any higher. Finding a Garage that you can trust on your vehicles is such a hard thing to find these days.
Traveled from out of town and my car had engine issues. Bob, the owner, rearranged his schedule to make sure to get it fixed and us on our way. Fortunate that our hotel was only a few miles from his shop. Great and timely service. I would certainly recommend this shop in the future!
These guys are absolutely the best. My car has a lot of issues and Bob always tells me exactly what is going on and lays out my options beforehand. They do honest and excellent work. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Great service! Fair price! Had my truck dropped off by a tow truck on Sunday night. Next morning they called, identified the problem (bearing in the water pump was broken), changed the oil because it needed to be done anyway, and had me back on the road that afternoon. Definitely would recommend!
Had to get our timing belt replaced and they were able to get us in the next day. Super easy to get scheduled, friendly, and very professional. Clean garage and working area. They noticed that a couple other small things needed attention while they were in there, notified us, and completed the work. They have definitely earned our business. Thanks guys!
Bothell Way Garage:Bob and his staff have provided extraordinary service at very short notice, saving us from potential roadway disasters with our two vehicles. Obviously dedicated to complete service of the customer, I place my trust in their capabilities and complement their work ethic.
This is my second visit to Bothell Way Garage in the last couple of months. Both of my visits were due to mechanical breakdowns which required my vehicle to be towed. The first time was due to the recommendation from the tow truck driver. I'd never been to Bothell Way Garage before but I was very happy with the service. The second breakdown / tow was due to an unrelated issue. This time I chose to go back to Bothell Way Repair. I could have saved towing mileage expense by going to a closer shop but since I had a previous good experience I went back. Glad I did. Bob took care of me just like the first time. I trust this shop and I highly recommend them. Hopefully next time I need service I can drive my truck there and not have to be towed. :-)
I really appreciate how when I have gone to these "car doctors", they are always efficient, knowledgeable, and amazingly take care of your vehicle typically within a couple of hours! These guys are also nice to women customers (like me) and are honest and have reasonable pricing! Earlier this year, my car could not hold a battery jump for even ten seconds...I had it towed and in one minute, Bob figured out the reason why was because of simple battery corrosion on the wires! I was in and out of there in like 20 minutes...WOW.
I like knowing that if my old Camry needs help, I can count on those guys giving me peace of mind and my car will be alive again soon!

When it comes to customer service, our experience at Bothell Way Garage was first class. When my alternator stopped working just a couple of days before an important out-of-town trip, we called Bothell Way Garage and spoke to Bob, who promised to try to squeeze it in before we went out of town.We dropped off the car the same day with only slim hopes that 1) They would get a chance to look at it and 2) it would be fixable in time for our trip. Not only did Bob find the time to look at it, he stayed several hours past closing to complete the repairs. That would have been more than enough for a positive review, but we also received very fair pricing and the car has never run better. In fact, in addition to my alternator Bob was able to fix a squealing belt issue that other places had attempted and failed to correct. We are thrilled to have found a new go-to repair shop that offers such convenience and services. Thanks Bob!

We'd taken his car to a Good Year center in Bothell when it started acting up and they diagnosed it as radiator problem.We paid for the diagnostic fee but decided against having them replace the radiator because their quote seemed high. I encouraged my fiancee to check Google reviews to find an alternative repair shop since he's not from this area. Bob even gave us a 15% discount for being a new customer and a 2 year warranty. I will be sure to bring my car there too when the time comes!
