Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him and this garage. Thank you, Bob, for all your concern and help.

This place was fast and convenient. Bob worked with me to find a time to get my car in, had it inspected in 2 hours and fixed in 5. Computer checked, exhaust weld and replaced front axle CV joint. Prices were reasonable and no BS "shop supplies" charge. I'll certainly be going here again. Thanks Bob!

Sputtering and check engine light happened yesterday. PANIC MODE. Was Sunday and everyone is closed, but called Bothell Way Garage first thing this morning, which just happened to be down the street. I called early this morning at 9, diagnosed by 1030, and repaired (new coil and spark plugs) by noon. Quick service. Friendly staff. I have never had a repair happen to fast. Easily itemized receipt. I knew exactly what I paid for. Good rates, especially on the parts. No bogus charges either. Very up front and I could not be happier. Thanks Bob and Dave. GREAT.

Excellent experience. They were friendly, courteous and perform quality work. They were able to schedule me in quickly for my leaking car radiator replacement and at a good price compared to 3 other shops that quoted the job. I'll definitely be recommending this shop to others and using this shop for all my future auto repairs.

They did a good job on my van's rear brakes. I ended up spending a little more than I was hoping to, but isn't that how all car repairs go. When I picked up the van, they let me inspect the brake drums as I requested. And when I had a question about the gear oil in my diff, they re-racked my van and checked it for me.
