This is the best vehicle repair place I have ever been to. Honest and hard working! I love it.
Stopped in due to a referral and was beyond happy with the results throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to get an estimate, car services, communication was well, and scheduling done here. Talk with Mark, thank you for your help and hospitality. I'll recommend this shop to others.

Bothell Way Garage is excellent their service is top-notch they treat people with respect I'm disabled and have cancer and they take that into consideration and have my vehicle done when they say they're going to have it done this is the second time I've gone to him I will surely continue in the future

This place is the ONLY PLACE I TRUST TO TAKE MY CAR.. MARK AND THE GUYS ARE THE NICEST BUT ALSO BLUNTY HONEST BUNCH OF GUYS IVE EVER MET!!! Genuine, hard working, and beyond friendly. These fellas are who I use because no auto service even comes close to the quality and care of their work. I send my friends and family here if they have car issues and so far every one of them has said that THIS is the place they always want to bring their vehicle to now.I appreciate you all.
So, my old Honda was leaking. Took it in and they found two leaks that has sprouted up. They got it fixed and I had my car back in two day turn around time and their prices are very reasonable. 3 weeks later after it stopped raining, I noticed the leak again and the smell of exhaust when i turned my heater on. I took it back in and Jared confirmed that one of the seals they'd replaced hadnt took like it was supposed to and was leaking oil onto the exhaust where the smelly fumes were coming from. He fixed it under warranty, didn't charge for the repair for the broken seal, and now the car is running like a top again.The things I appreciate about Jared and his team is that they explain everything going on with everything written on an itemized receipt, they never make you feel like you're bothering them, and they stand by their work They got integrity and honor and I really appreciate that. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.Thanks guy.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gave me very detailed list and cost estimate for what services are coming up on top of what needed to be done now. Was looking for a new place to take my car and glad I found this place.
They were great. They let me know if I should still drive my car or not when the check engine light turned on before they could get my car in. Then finished fixing it quickly and well.
