Am very truly glad that I found this Place!! Mark took really good care of my Vehicle, and even told me what I should be keeping an eye on before next service; And the price was nominally charged; no BSing, no beating around the bush - pretty straightforward and trust-worthy. (My Next service is definitely from here)
AWESOME customer service! The most professional, helpful service I'd ever experienced. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give a rating of 11.I even called my cousin and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED him to use the Bothell Way Garage as his auto repair shop.
Excellent service. Fixed my truck's heater fast and for a great price. Even laid out suggested maintenance for my old daily driver. All without making feel even a little worried. Even checked in about a week later to see if I had any complaints. Of course I didn't. Great place and will be back for those suggested repairs in no time.
Bothell way is an amazing shop! I went to them back in April 2021 to fix my timing belt and when I called months later in November they still remembered me like it was just last week. Mark is very honest and straight to the point. Friendly service and best place to take your car in all of Washington!!!
I usually take my truck to the dealer for repairs, but recently started looking of a new mechanic. Bothell Way Garage was a great choice. Positive experience starting from our initial phone conversation to delivery. Mark's customer service skills and expertise along with his professional staff won my trust. I have an old Mercedes and someday I hit it on the curb and broke the subframe including all arms. When I tried to google fixing that problem by myself I got that is impossible but not for these guys. They fixed that and did it pretty quickly. If you ask me who I recommend as the car shop I'd highly recommend The Bothell Way Garage. 10/10

I was looking for a new car repair shop because I was sick of taking my car into the dealer! Two of my friends recommended this shop and I’m so impressed! Super friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and my car was repaired in one day! Reasonably priced as well! One time I though I needed new brakes because they were squeaking sometimes, and they let me know that my brake pads were still at about 70% and don't need to be changed.They told me how I could fix the noise if I really wanted to, the cost and the labor, and that in all honesty it wasn't really necessary to spend the money on it unless I really wanted to. No up-sales, no shadiness, just honesty and kindness.I would highly recommend them, they are great to deal with!Services: Brakes, Wheel alignment

I found Bothell Way Garage after a thorough search, and I could not be happier with the service and the folks working here! Mark was phenomenal communicating with me about the repairs, where he was at in the process, and what to do regarding the other issues my car was presenting. He was delightfully pleasant, honest and down to earth. Having worked for a mechanic before I comfortably expected my car to be in there most of the day, but they were able to get the work done in the matter of a few hours! (I know not all days at any mechanic's will be like this, but it was a fantastic bonus!) Now my car drives like it's new again- Mark was even kind enough to text me a few days later asking how everything was shaking out. Although he couldn't help me with my issue Mark Gave me a number of places that he trusts for me to check out. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. Honest mechanics are rare, it's nice to see some still have integrity.

Bothell way garage was the fourth repair shop i called for my 2007 Honda Pilot in regards to a new alternator. Most majot,dealerships,I called obviously wantes to charge top dollar, but I was on a strict budget being a single income family with three kids. I had told the guys at Bothell Way garage my situation, they were sympathetic and also very accommodating and literally beat their competitors price by over $200, and was not a rebuilt. Not only did they take my car in that night at closing time, but they had it finished the next day and I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my vehicle after hours. It was been almost a year now and i have had no issues what so ever.I highly recommend this place and will be calling them back only if i need the help, hopefully i wont, but at least i know that if I do need the help with my honda pilot, I know who to call in the Bothell Snohomish area.Thanks Guys!
Great shop, they got my vehicle in very quickly and at a very reasonable price. They talked me through the cost of everything and why. I don't usually get treated so nicely at an auto repair shop, thanks Bothell Way Garage!
The only place my partner and I trust. I left my car overnight when it broke down once, and have returned ever since for any maintenance. They provide true quality service, and are much more honest and straight forward than any other auto mechanic. Definitely go here!
Great and honest folks here. I had a 60k servicing that needed to be done and rather than charge me to do everything they inspected what needs to be done and only charged me for that
Honest and fair priced. My daughter wrecked her car, another place was going to charge us $5600 which would have totaled out her car. They fixed it for $1600, and did a great job. I will never go any where else, they earned my business for life!
Bob is fantastic. AAA rated and they even have financing available. Always an honest estimate and very willing to work with the customer.

Bought a car from the bob the owner, thinking that the car would be in great shape because he is a mechanic, and I have had nothing but problems from the car. Every thing that he said was fixed, it breaking down. When I took it back to him he said that I need get my catalytic converter fixed, I took it the an actual Subaru mechanic and they said that wasn't the problem at all. So he lied to me so he can make some money. DONT GO HERE!!!
