Nice group working there. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car at all but they were able to get it fixed and running the same day. Would recommend to friends!
I can not recommend this shop enough. As a single female, it is so difficult to find a shop where it doesn’t feel like they are taking advantage of you. Mark and his crew are really great. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
All around a great experience! The level of customer service was outstanding. As long as I own a vehicle they will ALWAYS be taken to Bothell way Garage!
Worked on my 2014 bmw and my 2015 Ford F-150 truck. Tires oil and transmission, they does it all! Mark was awesome on the phone and paid for my Uber to grab lunch in town! Sweet service!!
I have an old Mercedes and someday I hit it on the curb and broke the subframe including all arms. When I tried to google fixing that problem by myself I got that is impossible but not for these guys. They fixed that and did it pretty quickly. If you ask me who I recommend as the car shop I'd highly recommend The Bothell Way Garage. 10/10
Always a pleasant experience with this place. Mark is friendly, and real about what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Reasonable prices and quality service. Definitely would recommend to anyone near Bothell who is in need of a mechanic.
My 2013 Outback was seeping oil from the head, value cover and oil pan. Mark and is team of ASE mechanics were able to pull the engine and replace the gaskets for the three leaks. They have been working on my cars since 2006 and have very professional, efficient and have saved me a bunch of money when they can. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my auto repairs.
First time having service for our AudiA4 after moving to Bothell. I was helped by Mark. The service was exceptional and Mark was very friendly. Explained my brake issue in detail. Really happy that I can find a trusting auto service around the area.
I have used this shop 3 times and every time it was such a wonderful experience. Mark is the reason I go back with my car. He is honest and has diagnosed a few things at each time without charging me. He goes above and beyond, very friendly and professional. No hidden cost or upsell and we will be taking our car for regular maintenance to BWG instead of Toyota dealer. I trust this place more than the fancy dealership. Highly recommended!!!
Every time I need help with my car these guys are so wonderfully helpful! They are so nice and always try give me advice like I were family. One time I though I needed new brakes because they were squeaking sometimes, and they let me know that my brake pads were still at about 70% and don't need to be changed.They told me how I could fix the noise if I really wanted to, the cost and the labor, and that in all honesty it wasn't really necessary to spend the money on it unless I really wanted to. No up-sales, no shadiness, just honesty and kindness.I would highly recommend them, they are great to deal with!
I moved to Bothell from Seattle where I had been going to the same repair shop for over 15yrs. So when I started to look for a local repair shop, I came across Bothell Way Garage and I have been taking both of my cars there ever since. Friendly staff, great service, and reasonable pricing. I trust them, and highly recommend them for you car repair needs.
When my brakes started to make all sorts of concerning noises, and were beginning to be less than reliable, I began the search for a trusted mechanic. I found Bothell Way Garage after a thorough search, and I could not be happier with the service and the folks working here! Mark was phenomenal communicating with me about the repairs, where he was at in the process, and what to do regarding the other issues my car was presenting. He was delightfully pleasant, honest and down to earth. Having worked for a mechanic before I comfortably expected my car to be in there most of the day, but they were able to get the work done in the matter of a few hours! (I know not all days at any mechanic's will be like this, but it was a fantastic bonus!) Now my car drives like it's new again- Mark was even kind enough to text me a few days later asking how everything was shaking out. If you're in Bothell and looking for a mechanic, I cannot recommend Bothell Way Garage's team more. They're fantastic!
Mark is actually the best all around...everything, his customer service and personality are unmatched. He is a diamond in the rough, needle in the haystack, truly one of a kind. Oh and did I mention my car runs fantastic now? Thanks Mark and staff at Bothell Way Garage!

Wow, we're soooo glad we called and made an appointment with Bothell Way Garage. They fixed our car the SAME day and for HALF the price we were quoted elsewhere. Bob Nelson, the owner, was very professional and gave my fiancee excellent customer service. We'd taken his car to a Good Year center in Bothell when it started acting up and they diagnosed it as radiator problem.We paid for the diagnostic fee but decided against having them replace the radiator because their quote seemed high. I encouraged my fiancee to check Google reviews to find an alternative repair shop since he's not from this area. Bob even gave us a 15% discount for being a new customer and a 2 year warranty. I will be sure to bring my car there too when the time comes!
Sputtering and check engine light happened yesterday. PANIC MODE. Was Sunday and everyone is closed, but called Bothell Way Garage first thing this morning, which just happened to be down the street. I called early this morning at 9, diagnosed by 1030, and repaired (new coil and spark plugs) by noon. Quick service. Friendly staff. I have never had a repair happen to fast. Easily itemized receipt. I knew exactly what I paid for. Good rates, especially on the parts. No bogus charges either. Very up front and I could not be happier. Thanks Bob and Dave. GREAT.
Excellent experience. They were friendly, courteous and perform quality work. They were able to schedule me in quickly for my leaking car radiator replacement and at a good price compared to 3 other shops that quoted the job. I'll definitely be recommending this shop to others and using this shop for all my future auto repairs.
They did a good job on my van's rear brakes. I ended up spending a little more than I was hoping to, but isn't that how all car repairs go. When I picked up the van, they let me inspect the brake drums as I requested. And when I had a question about the gear oil in my diff, they re-racked my van and checked it for me.
