Rob and his staff have always treated me like a million dollar customer. I recommend them often and all my friends who have been there feel the same way!
Ladies, you can trust this mechanic shop. And they love to explain stuff to clients really well. Pretty cool. Theres even VERY knowledgeable female mechanics that work here.
It's rare these days to find an owner who cares about his staff and staff that cares about their customers. Rob Kirkham is one of those rare owners. I can trust that my vehicle won't be banged back together here or that there won't be a nut that is missing somewhere when I drive away. Thanks!

I have been taking my vehicles to Kirkhams for years. They have always done great work for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
The manager & mechanic explained very thoroughly what was wrong with my car and what was done, and helped me prioritize which services I should get done sooner than others. For someone who knows nothing about cars I really appreciated it, and I got the impression they run a very honest & trustworthy business. The price of the services I received was less than the quoted price and very reasonable. Thank you Kirkham!
I have been taking my vehicle to Kirkham auto pro for about 20 years. They never over promise or under deliver and always let me know when it is time to purchase a new car. As a female they explain what is happening to my car and don't up sell me on services or parts I don't need. If you want a trust worthy mechanic, leave your car here!
I moved here from Vancouver over a year ago, and first came to Kirkham to have an inspection done for my car insurance. From day one, they have been amazing. Service is friendly, and they even had one of their mechanics take me into the shop to show me, and explain to me, what needed to be fixed. I have been here many times since then to have my older SUV maintained, and they do not try to sell me on any of the extras. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Very disappoint in the place. Was happy with service until the girl mechanic started getting an attitude. Did not mind spending the money to get my vehicle repaired (diesel) and was happy with the service overall.However when I mentioned to then that I did not agree with having to have an oil change every 5000kms on a diesel things started going down hill. First in last out even though I requested pick ups by 4.Would not do the standard service (tire rotation, 100 plus point inspection) but charge me more for less work.It was evident to me that she did not care that I spend $4000plus over 2 years for mainly general diesel maintenance.The sad part is that I do not mind spending a little for good service, the operative is good service. It just appeared to me that they (the girl) did not care and took the attitude of oh well screw him there will be others.
Rob and his team do good work. They are not the cheapest mechanics around but they will take care of your problems. I have been going there for a few years and the service have always been professional and friendly. Recently took my car in for some spark plugs, ignition coil, and belt tensioner replacement. Jessica listened to my concerns and made recommendations after the inspection that made me more informed with the repairs that need to take place. Overall a trustworthy mechanics shop.

The needle on my gas gauge was slumped over the "E" and wouldn't move despite how much gas I had. This was very unnerving as I never knew when I was about to run out. I took my car into Kirkham Automotive and one of the mechanics looked at it immediately. There was no wait, no fuss. I was given a quote, the part was ordered and my gas gauge was up and running in about two days. I find at Kirkham Automotive, you get time with the staff, and a friendliness you don't often see at a dealership. And their prices are totally competitive. I would absolutely recommend Kirkham Automotive for prompt, courteous. professional service.
Just got my brakes repaired and general maintenance for my truck. This is an old fashioned, service and quality come first mechanic shop. I am from a farm and have a solid understanding of cars and trucks and these guys are awesome. Very simple example - the owner gives your your keys when the vehicle is finished. He shakes your hand and thanks you for the business. This says a lot about the business model. And....when I made the appointment they remembered me when I showed up and were willing to drive me to work without a wait. Relaxed and personal.BTW - they only did the maintenance which was necessary - there is no "up-selling" here. Warranty approved work - no need to go to a dealership.

Absolutely AMAZING mechanic shop! I ended up having my Jeep breakdown the day before leaving for a trip to Montana, and had a scheduled road trip to Northern BC for the day I got back. I left my truck at their gates without even giving them a head's up about the situation, and through text messaging from the states - they had my Jeep ready to drive for the evening that I came back. Great pricing, fantastic customer service, they are definitely going to see my repeat business!
