Stopped by on Friday as my front panel had started to come of my car. Daniel came out to have a look and took my car in the shop to reattach it. He had it fixed in about 5 mins at no charge. So happy !
My work Van is a pain and most shops won’t touch it. Kirkham has no problem however and always gets the work done in time for me to never miss a job. Now me and my family only get work done here. Incredible service.
I would 100% recommend Kirckam auto to anyone, for all things vehicle maintenance. All round great customer service. Jessica and the team GET THE JOB DONE! They were recommended by a close family friend and i haven't left them since.
I have been trusting Kirkham with my cars' maintenance for years. Their work is of highest quality, priced fairly, and my car is ready to go when they promised. I am not very car savvy but Brent and Rob are always helpful and as a woman, I feel totally comfortable asking them any question about work on my car. I live south of Calgary and spend lots of time on highways so it is important to me that my car be reliable. I drive into Calgary to Kirkham because I know they will keep my Jeep in tip top shape. They go over my Jeep thoroughly at every maintenance checkup and keep me informed on things like tire wear, brake wear etc. They have gone over and above in their service on several occasions. Rock smashes into my windshield near Sundre - Kirkham arranges an appointment for me that day at a glass place to replace my windshield. I just have to show up! Dog chews rear seatbelts on older Honda CRV - Kirkham searches for replacement seatbelt assembly and installs so it's like brand new! Little heat in winter - Kirkham finds cabin air filter not replaced by the car dealership during regular maintenance. Voilá, oodles of heat!I cannot say enough good things about Kirkham staff, they are so great. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks to Brent for all the trips to and from the Southland LRT station when I worked downtown!
As all ways Kirkham Automotive Ltd. completed my service within a week of setting up the appointment. What can I say they are all good people they do care about my vehicle and will do the best they can to keep you on the road safe and sound. I would like to wax eloquent but that would make it harder for me to book my next appoint due to increase of business lol!! Seriously folks a good dependable garage is hard to find, took me a while but I found one, Kirkham Automotive Ltd. "Th-th-that's all, folks!"
Great mechanic shop. First time bringing my Tacoma in, but I will be returning in the future. Did a great job on a spring service and identified a few other items to address in the future as well. Not pushy with their service and didn't try to upsell me on anything. They even cleaned my truck before I picked it up!
Great service!! I brought my Jeep in right before Christmas for their winter service special, because I had been smelling oil recently when driving.These guys did a great job completing their service and inspection, and identified the problem which ended up saving my vehicle. They even did all the work and repaired the part in time for me to have a vehicle during Christmas.I highly recommend this shop, everyone on their team was professional and courteous, and did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need.
I have been dealing with Rob and everyone at Kirkham for over 20 years now and there is nowhere else in Calgary that I would ever take my vehicles. They are very good at what they do and are always honest about what work needs to be done and what doesn’t.I highly recommend Kirkham Automotive.
Wonderful service! I had some much needed repairs done. to my truck by the fine crew there at Kirkham auto and they did a fantastic job. From the moment i walked into the office to drop my truck off to when i picked it up, the staff were all very friendly and professional as well as very knowledgeable. They even gave me a nice cold bottle of water while i waited for my truck to be driven up. Highly recommend these folks and ill defiantly be back!
Kirkham has been my families go to service center for years. Some 20 yrs ago it was my Dad who told me about Kirkham Automotive. He had always been happy with their service and said I should try them. Since it is hard to find good trustworthy service places I gave it a try. I have been using Kirkham ever since.I recently just finished my spring and summer maintenance and as usual the people at Kirkham performed excellently. Rob the owner was very attentive to my needs and helpful with my questions. Brent and the front end staff were professional and kept me informed on the progress of the work and if anything had come up. This is important to me as over time I have moved south of the city and need to schedule rides and such. I stay with the shop because of the trust they have built up in me and the work is done right. Kirkham is also on top of their estimates and never doing work without asking. My vehicle does well in their care.I have no problem recommending Kirkham to friends and family in fact I have done so and been thanked for it often.Today's comments are made because as a long time client I find myself taking their good service for granted and this is my way of letting Rob and the Team know that I appreciate them.Rene' W

Getting my vehicle serviced at Kirkham Automotive is a welcoming experience. They are honest, reasonable, and very knowledgeable about anything mechanical. They have a way of explaining mechanical issues so it is well understood and I feel safe on the road.
I can not express how excellent this team is. On a Monday morning I called in to Brent, I have a truck and trailer that had no rear lights. Brent said he could get in the next day. I said that would be great, as if I don't have a working trailer, I'm not working. He paused for a moment and said, better yet, I'll bring in an extra guy, come in at 1:00. WOW!!! First great impression. I went in and dropped the trailer but had to run with the truck to drop off some equipment, Robert told me no worries, you go, we'll start with the trailer. Made it back, dropped off the truck and the trailer already had new wires and plug installed. Showed me what he did and why he had to do it. A little over a hour later and I was all fixed up and ready to go. Went in to settle the bill, it was a few hundred dollars less that what I was expecting to pay.What a great and amazing team!!!Thank you for going the extra mile, everyone was absolutely wonderful.
