Excellent service at Kirkham, honest & quality work!
Consistent, honest and thorough service ... along with 'extras' like a wash & vacuum!
I've been going here for about a decade and I'll never go anywhere else - they are friendly, honest and provide truly great service at a reasonable price!!
Fast, easy to deal with, friendly and I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. Staff are accommodating and I always know what it's going to cost and when it will be done.
Service was great, they had my issue fixed promptly. I appreciated the little extra things they did, like washing my car and cleaning the dash!
This was the best service I've had on my vehicle. Not only did they repair the damage, they detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle. Best service ever!

This company treat theirCustomers extremely well take care of any need that you have gives you a little extra bonuses for being a customer whether it's a cupcake or maybe some hand sanitizer or maybe a new snowbrush they make sure that they are very well taken care of as you are waiting for your vehicle to be repaired.they are very quick on getting back on the road again and will do extra service to make sure this happens

Critical: QualityI had my tires swapped out about 2 months ago and one of the wheels fell of while I was driving. There was no responsibility taken by the shop. And they charged me $80 to look at it. Would not recommend
I have been going to Kirkham automotive for a long time now and they are very honest, fair and thorough. They don’t cut corners or cheat you on anything.Very high quality work is important when dealing with an automobile that can cause deaths if not serviced properly.

The staff at Kirkham are very professional and reliable, they let me know what my car needs and quoted me on parts at a good price. Same quality as the dealership, and you get the Napa coverage on your repairs. I highly recommend them.
Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueExperienced multiple disappointing service failures with Kirkham. I booked for an out-of-province inspection of my vehicle and was quoted 1-2 hours to complete the inspection and it took 4 hours!Then, according to them, my vehicle apparently needed almost $2500 worth of work before it would pass inspection. I was not provided with the out-of-province inspection checklist that I've received from other repair shops that says specifically what passed and what failed - merely an estimate of all the supposed work that needed doing.Some of the items on the list also seemed seriously fishy. I had my front brakes replaced only a few months ago, and the brake shop said my rear brakes looked fine, but Kirkham claimed they were completely shot, rubbing metal on metal. That was only one example of a required repair that Kirkham said I needed.I felt like they were completely taking advantage of me, coming to them as a woman with little car knowledge so I took my vehicle for a second opinion and not a single thing Kirkham stated was NEEDED came up on the second inspection.They are deceitful, greedy and unhelpful and I would NOT recommend these liars to anyone.
Getting my vehicle serviced at Kirkham Automotive is a welcoming experience. They are honest, reasonable, and very knowledgeable about anything mechanical. They have a way of explaining mechanical issues so it is well understood and I feel safe on the road.
Kirkham Automotive has taken care of all of my vehicles since I started driving as a teenager. Always great service and trustworthy workmanship. Thank you so much for keeping my Toyota Matrix in tip top shape as I keep piling on the km!
I can not express how excellent this team is. On a Monday morning I called in to Brent, I have a truck and trailer that had no rear lights. Brent said he could get in the next day. I said that would be great, as if I don't have a working trailer, I'm not working. He paused for a moment and said, better yet, I'll bring in an extra guy, come in at 1:00. WOW!!! First great impression. I went in and dropped the trailer but had to run with the truck to drop off some equipment, Robert told me no worries, you go, we'll start with the trailer. Made it back, dropped off the truck and the trailer already had new wires and plug installed. Showed me what he did and why he had to do it. A little over a hour later and I was all fixed up and ready to go. Went in to settle the bill, it was a few hundred dollars less that what I was expecting to pay.What a great and amazing team!!!Thank you for going the extra mile, everyone was absolutely wonderful.
I've been taking my vehicles to Kirkham Auto for over 15 years, and have always appreciated the level of service I have received. I'm able to drop off my vehicle in the morning, receive a ride to the train station and a pick-up later in the day to get my car, so very convenient. I've even called them with a question (when out of town) and they don't hesitate to help me out. Highly recommend.
Went in right before a long weekend and they made sure that I was able to get on the road as planned. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. And I even got a follow up letter in the mail. Would definitely recommend!
