I have been going to Kirkham automotive for a long time now and they are very honest, fair and thorough. They don’t cut corners or cheat you on anything.
Very high quality work is important when dealing with an automobile that can cause deaths if not serviced properly.

My experience at Kirkham was good, but not excellent. They were able to get me in quickly which was great, and diagnosed my car's issues quickly.First off - if you need a ride somewhere ask them. They do shuttle. They didnt offer until they saw me waiting in their waiting area. I had already ordered an uber. Boo.Second, charging an hour of labor to change a starter on a Corolla is disappointing. I know shops pad the hours a bit but it's two bolts and a wiring harness. I've changed them before.Thirdly, their prices on their NAPA certified aftermarket parts are high. I can accept that because they wanna buy quality stuff. But they didnt even give me some kind of refund for the core charge on a toyota OEM starter and alternator. Dissapointing.Lastly, at the end, after paying 1036$, the service guy tells me my vehicle has an oil leakA significant one. Shows me a photo I presume he or one of the mechanics took, but offers no solution. Said they couldn't tell where it was coming from. Really? (Not to overdo being a jerk but isn't that what you folks do there? ).In summary, they're better than some shops I have dealt with in my time, but certainly not the best in my opinion.
I've gone to this shop for vehicle repairs large and small for the past 3 years. I've always been impressed with the service no matter what I was having done this time. I always feel like I can trust this shop and always feel like I was treated fairly and charged a fair price for the service I received. I highly recommend giving this shop a chance to work on your vehicle!
First class service, long time local people. Always kind, Jess is awesome, so is Brent. They have been doing mechanical work for my family and extended family for close to 25 years. The estimates are accurate, work is completed on time. No nonsense, they spell it like it is. They took time to wash and clean my truck last time before handing it back. Awesome job guys, keep it up.
Jessica, Brent & Rob have a great team and do amazing work for my wife and I on our cars. They get the work done quickly, on time and at the price quoted. They always do a little extra in making sure our vehicles come back better than when they went into the shop.
