On short notice i was scheduled, and all maintenance completed in a short time.
I was very happy with the work I had done recently and they fixed the problem I was having. They were all very friendly and I would recommend them.

I'm very grateful for John and the gang at West Richland Auto. I was here visiting my daughter when my car had issues. They got me right in and diagnosed. The parts were available and within a few hours I was on my way. Courteous, professional, and great at explaining the issue. They are a high recommend from me.

My brakes went out on a road trip from Canada to San Diego and I called a dozen shops to get them to look at my car to no avail. One said he could squeeze me in in Sept (over 2 weeks). Jamie said they could look at it right away. Got it in at 9 AM, they diagnosed the problem (brakes & rotors) and had me out by about 1:30 PM. That really saved my bacon.
Everything works fine. Highly recommend!
Professional, kept me informed, and when parts company sent wrong part they treated me right and handled the refund promptly. They’ve acquired a customer for life.

Discovery of leaking fluid required replacement of radiator. Through negotiation with the warranty insurance company, the cost for radiator replacement was covered. I discovered WRAR a few years ago with service performed on a different vehicle, and I have been totally pleased with all work performed. The inspection report with photos and descriptions of issues is excellent. Customer service communications is the best I have experienced. I have total trust and confidence in WRAR, and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Montanna is the best.
Amazing! My car was having electrical issues and they scheduled me in and let me drop off a day early and then got to work on it the very next day and were very fair with pricing and making sure my problem was fixed correctly! Highly recommend!
Will always take my car to West Richland Auto Repair. I took my car in for an oil change the day before my appt to drop it off and they had it done within a few hours when my appt wasn't even until the following day. The next week I brought my car in to get the differential fluid changed and transfer case serviced and they made sure to have my car done by 11 so I could pick it up on my lunch!
West Richland Auto always takes great care of us and provides the best customer service! We have been to many auto shops but none compare to here. We now do all our business there including transmission, ac, exhaust, engine, steering, alternator and battery. We highly recommend West Richland Auto!
Critical: ValuePSA: If you're looking to get broken worse than spousal alimony, this is the place for you. My mistake was approving the repairs despite looking at the huge estimate. Over 6k in repairs? Seriously? Just to put it into prospective, I brought in my car for servicing since it was acting up engine wise. They did the repairs they said they would so there's that but once I saw the bill for certain parts, I was thrown back.For example, over $100 for spark plugs on a 12yr old car? On the high end, the plugs should have cost around $25 for 8 factory plugs (I checked).This was just the plugs not including labor which is outrageous. They charge an arm and a leg for labor which is where they make most of their money and marking up the price for parts, regardless if it's factory. Again this was my fault for approving and should have shopped around for pricing. If you're going to be shelling out lots of money, you might as well take it to the dealer. Dean's just down the street and another shop in Kennewick quoted me far less when I showed them the bill, and were just as shocked.Moral of the story, shop around for estimates and don't get taken.
I have been taking all my vehicles into West Richland Auto Repair for several years now, and am very satisfied with their service. They always perform quality work, back it up with 2 year warranty, get the work done on time, and never have gone over the original estimate. Their prices are very competitive, and they even have matched lower estimates. But even without that, I would take my vehicles to them just for their quality workmanship. Everything they said they would do, they do it, and even more, just to show they appreciate my buisness. The rest of my family have started taking their vehicles into West Richland Auto Repair, and are just as pleased as I am. Whenever someone asks me, what do I recommend for a good auto repair shop? I always say West Richland Auto Repair, you won't be disdipointed, and I am always right. It doesn't get any better than this!
I highly recommend West Richland Auto Repair, especially for anyone who knows next to nothing about cars but doesn’t know who to turn to. They were patient and kind as I rambled about what was going on and supplied helpful information and resources even before I brought my car in. Had timing belt and water pump replaced. Good value, done right in timely manner.
It’s a good shop and when the job wasn’t done right they backed up their warranty and made the job right!! Five star rating for this shop!

I took my car to West Richland Auto repair to have a brand new transmission installed and other repairs taking care of. During that time, I was able to use their loaner car which saved me from renting a car. Jamie and his crew did a great job and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
