Moving to the Tri-Cities somewhat recently, one of my biggest concerns in finding new services was locating an auto repair shop as competent/ethical/communicative/fair value as my Seattle fave. After trying a neighbor's recommended mechanic and not loving it, I gave West Richland Auto Repair (WRAR) a try based on its Yelp reviews. The five-star reviews are well-deserved. I initially took my car to WRAR for an oil change and check-up. I was impressed by the team's friendliness and efficiency and the waiting area's cleanliness. They texted me a full status report of the condition of my car, prioritizing items needing repair by color and with estimated pricing. We agreed on what to do that day and what to save for another time. My car was ready for pick up around the time they'd originally estimated. Given the great communication with WRAR and the reasonable pricing, I chose to have them complete a major repair. They did a great job, finished within the parameters they'd originally set despite the record-breaking heat and followed up a week later to see how everything was working. West Richland Auto Repair is now my go-to for all things car. Questions about where I should take my car for a windshield repair? I called them for a recommendation. Same with a trailer hitch installation. Super helpful!

My first experience with this repair shop. I received a quote for a head gasket replacement on my Subaru, it seemed really high, so I called one of my other trusted auto shops - and he said these guys are honest, and their repair quote was correct. Jamie did a great job, kept me posted on the status, and the price came in right as quoted. Also, they loaned us a car to use for the several days, at no cost. Very happy with these guys, they seem to be an honest little local family shop- and have a great reputation in the community.

Montana was very helpful and kept me informed. The price was fair and they got the work done quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs auto repair.

Car got delivered Tuesday, after they were closed. Was diagnosed and repaired by Friday. They were always in constant contact about what’s going on. Highly recommended and if I have to, will use them again!

West Richland Auto Repair came highly recommended by a friend and they definitely lived up to the hype. This is my second time using their services and they were quick Fair priced and friendly as always.

Professional. Reliable. You can trust them with your vehicle. They even call you weeks later after the service to check in and see how things are going! They treat you like family and know how important good service is to the customer.

I have been using West Richland Auto Repair for several years now. Switched to this shop when I found out they could perform dealer maintenance and repairs. The shop is thorough and keeps me updated on maintenance due and upcoming. Recommend this shop.

Really blown away by the service here. Fantastic communication every step of the way, very reasonable prices. The free 34 point inspection was fantastic on top of everything else! They include photos and comments in the inspection as well. Will definitely be coming back.

West Richland Auto Repair was recommend by a neighbor. They were very friendly, kept me up to date on the costs, what needed to be done and when my vehicle would be ready. I will visit them again for all my vehicle repairs.

We were new to town and had to look up a mechanic online. This place had great reviews so we decided to take our car here. We were very pleased with the work that was done and how friendly and professional the staff was. If you need a great mechanic this is the place to bring your car.

We've used West Richland Auto for many years now and we've had wonderful, positive experiences with them each time. Very friendly but professional and they really strive to make sure you're happy and they are very transparent about their recommendations for your vehicle.

Our 2017 Chevy Sonic check engine light was on. Schedule an appointment with West Richland Auto Repair, they were efficient with diagnosis the problem sent a detail paperwork explaining problem along with the cost to fix. They were able to get our car up and running all in one day. They also checked on the car couple days later to make sure everything was running good. I highly recommend them if you need and car repairs.

Best customer service I've had from a business in general. They did a wonderful job repairing my car and when I needed something else replaced the day I picked my car up, they took the car back AND even gave me a ride to Autozone to get a part they didn't have in stock. Will highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a reliable and ethical mechanic to do repairs.

From the moment I called and spoke to Montanna to see if there was any openings. To the check in txt message a few days after my car was fixed from Jamie. Everyone was Super friendly & it seemed like I had been part of the West Richland Auto Repair Family for years even though it was My 1st time there! Called on a Tuesday and got my car back fixed and ready to go 2 days later! Excellent work! I would Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Professional, Friendly, & Quality place to get your vehicle worked on! Thank U All! See U again next time!

Phone calls and interaction with staff were kind, helpful, professional, friendly, and expedient. Service was 1 day and repaired car was test driven twice by different staff. I had a follow up call to check on our repair after we drove ourselves. We will recommend to friends and family and use their service again if needed. Ron Nolte

Was really worried about going to new mechanic but i was so glad I found this mechanic. It's helps that it is family owned. They updated you via text and they a wonderful job changing my spark plugs and wires. The diagnosis was really cool, I now am fully aware of my cars overall health thanks to them. Will be coming again for a oil change

I would highly recommend this shop, in fact I already have to multiple people. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The quote ended up being a bit more than I was hoping to spend so they gave me a detailed inspection form for me to look over with issues from most urgent to least urgent so I could pick out the things I needed to get taken care of right away. They communicated with me frequently and in a timely manner to get the most important things I needed taken care of as quickly as possible. I will definitely be bringing my car back for work in the future.

First off I have to say the customer service is outstanding! Not only are they very thorough they communicate the whole way through the process.I feel completely safe bringing my vehicle in to be serviced and never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The only problem I have is that they’re going to make my truck run forever which means I will never get a new one.I would recommend anybody I know to use them as they do an outstanding job!Thanks guys

I've always had great service from the team at West Richland Auto Repair. They are professional and thorough. I had an issue with my Audi leaking coolant, they diagnosed the issue as well as a multi point inspection throughout the vehicle and gave me a print out of needed maintenance. After the repair I had another coolant leak issue and WRAR sent out a tow truck to bring the vehicle in for repair without any charge. Great reliable team! And will be my go to for any other maintenance needs

Jamie is a well certified technician. He sets the tone in his shop to ensure every repair is done to manufactures specifications. What I enjoy about Jamie most is his honesty. If he encounters a manufacture and/or make that he isn't familiar with such as my 2015 Land Rover Evoque he had no issue letting me know that he was confident he could service the vehicle although he may not have in the past. Both facts were equally important to me when choosing a shop.Montana runs the front end of the shop. She too is upfront and did not make up stories when she did not know something unfamiliar.This shop has also worked on my 2008 Ram and was very efficient with the repair time and costs. Thanks Jamie and Montana for all the great service. We will be back for sure

First experience with an auto shop since moving to Richland and I lucked out. Went in with the check engine light on and left with a great running car. Easy to work with, upfront about cost and was able to get my car back to me earlier than anticipated. Their communication is on point and even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was good. Will definitely be heading back whenever the need should arise.

The staff is very friendly. My car needed a lot of work, and they had a loaner waiting for me ready to go without having to fill out a bunch of paperwork. I got regular text updates to my phone which was helpful. My car is working great now, and it's never smelled so good. It's my first choice for car repair in the Tri-Cities.

I was impressed with how thorough the vehicle diagnostics were and the text updates. The links to the diagnostic test and vehicle checklist made it quick and easy to understand what the issues were and what my options were to fix it. The shuttle service is wonderful! I was able to drop off and pick up my car with no hassles and stress! Staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I have recommended them to friends and coworkers after my last car repair.

Got our truck towed to their shop. They quoted us almost 5k. We got our truck towed to dodge and they quoted us 220$. West Richland auto repair said our ecm was bad.. dodge replaced one fuse.
