When I picked my car up to move out of the parking lot the hood of my vehicle wasn't closed all the way and tree branches were inside on top of my motor. Now what if someone sees that it isn't closed and decided to steal parts from my car.
Dropped in for a tire repair and Todd was very friendly and helped us out right away even though they were busy. The fast friendly service was much appreciated

I am so grateful to HomeTown Auto! I have a 2012 Land Rover and would easily be paying 3-4 times more for services if I had to take it to the dealership. I had an issue with the engine going into reduced power mode. Clint absolutely went above and beyond to troubleshoot what the issue was. He spent time researching on Land Rover forums and going over manuals. They were finally able to figure it out and get it fixed. Hometown is the first shop I've ever been to where I trust they're being honest and not trying to upsell me on services I don't really need. I completely trust them with all of our vehicles. Took my car there to replace air conditioner compressor. It took 1canceled appointment and 3 more appointments to get it fixed. Not a happy camper, will not return there for any more service.

I have been taking my two vehicles to HomeTown Auto for several years. They have always been fair, honest and upfront with their service. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend.
I had them look at a used car I was considering purchasing. They were able to get me in the next day and gave honest feedback. They took time to speak with me on the phone about what they saw as well. To make it easier, they even provided a free loaner car. They were a bit expensive compared to other places, but maybe that helps cover the loaner car. It would also have been nice if they would give a report showing all the stuff they checked, etc. They did provide a quote to fix the things they found, but it would be nice to get a document showing the other things they inspected as well. Over-all, a little expensive, but good service.
Took my car here for the first time and it was such a good experience! Shop right now is contactless but I STILL felt like I got taken care of super well. I was able to drop off my car and have everything done to it and pick it up same day! Felt like they truly did care about the service they were doing for me vs. just another car in their shop. Great first impression and experience!
This is my second time using HomeTown Auto. They provide good service at competitive prices and are friendly. They seem to care about results as evidenced by their follow-up which is appreciated. My vehicles are aging and will need regular maintenance as time goes on. I will definitely keep HomeTown in mind for future service.
