Muffler & exhaust pipe came apart in the middle of my work day. Jon & Pat took care of me and let me use a 'loaner' car so I could finish making calls as my company car was being repaired. If you haven't already, go down & meet the new owners in Jon & Clint! Good people who care & they will take care of you!
I have been bringing my car to Clinton and Jon for over six years. Their prices are fair and the service and attention to detail is unrivaled. I have been taking my car to Clint and Jon for over 5 years. They have provided great service each and every time I come in. They are honest and fair about their prices. I will continue to bring my car to them as they provide great service and are very knowledgeable.
My family has trusted Jon and Clint with our auto needs for close to ten years now. They do great work and I know they are looking out for what is best for me. FAIR, HONEST & RESPECTFUL
Ive been bringing my vehicles to the Spohn family for over 10 years, at times driving across states to do so. They always treat me fair and honest. They are respectful and proactive in their approach, recommending things that will save me labor costs over time meanwhile not recommending repairs that are unnecessary. Thank you HomeTown Auto!
I am car stupid! These guys are the best. They barely even charge me! They are so nice and welcoming. I will always go to them.
I finally found a mechanic I can trust. These guys are the best. They are honest and always show me versus tell me what is wrong. I never feel like I am being sold something I don't need. I love the fact they give out loaner vehicles which helps me stay on track the days my car is in for repairs.
I stopped in the afternoon to see when they could do my brakes, and they got them done the same day! They even had a loaner car for me to use. They called me when they figured out just what I needed and what I didn't need and gave me the price over the phone. Very nice people to work with. I would definitely recommend them and will go back to them in the future. GREAT JOB EVERYONE !!

I needed service on my vehicle and as usual, this is the first place I go to. I went in just to see when they could schedule me in and Tim said "How about right now?" So why would I go anywhere else? They had me in and out of there in no time and a very reasonable cost I think. I also asked about new tires and they said I still had another 10-15,000 on the set I had, so why replace them yet? They don't pressure you to purchase something you don't need. I will be going back again for service, that's for sure.

We just moved to the area & someone recommended them. We have been able to get our car in almost right away whenever we have called. The service has been outstandiing. Feel very confident they are giving us the best price for the repair.
I own a Landscape company and take all my truck there. I have never found a better price and service! Thanks Dick, Pat and Tim !!!
Home Town Auto Service does a great job and definitely focus on customer service. They gave me honest answers and even brought me back into the shop so they could show me what they were talking about. I would defenitely recommend Home Town Auto Service.
I started using Hometown a couple of months ago. Very happy with the service. I really like that they have loaner cars in case your car is going to take a while. Super friend.y staff and very informative. They let you know whats best and are not salesy or pushy at all. Definitely worth the drive from Eagan. They have saved my wife and I significant amounts of money.
Home Town auto is a terrific place to have my car and my daughters car serviced. The team is friendly, very knowledgeable and caring. You can count on Hometown Auto service to give TOP NOTCH service at a fair price! Whether it is for a basic oil change or something more involved, they will take the time to explain what needs to be done, and will get it done. They treat you and your auto with respect and have a fun and knowledgeable crew! Hometown auto.....it's not just a name, its a feeling! I will refer all my family and friends to this full service shop!

This place is not closed! Tim and Todd are amazing down-to-earth car guys who really care about their customers. They never try to "up sell" any services or products. They treat you as family and will work with you to make sure that your vehicle is running properly, without charging ridiculous fees or add-ons. As my vehicle gets up in miles, they work with me to keep it running, knowing that I can't afford to purchase anything anytime soon. They always work to squeeze me in, even staying a bit later or coming a schmidge earlier to accommodate me. I cannot say enough good things about Hometown Auto!
