After trying to have my a/c repaired at 3 other area shops, I FINALLY got it fixed right! Don't waste your time anywhere else.

I brought my car in for engine running hot. They fixed it but in the process they broke my my fuel pressure sensor, which makes the car undrivable. They refused to pay for a rental, and my car is stuck there for 3 more days until the part comes in. I hope they don’t make me pay for the fuel pressure sensor.
I was extremely impressed as I thought I was having serious issues with my truck expecting an expensive repair but was impressed when he said I just needed a new battery.I’ve made them my “go to” service center for my vehicles.

Must be taking customer service lessons from Proctor Honda.Re Chris Hackney's response: I don't know if your manager is the one who said it, and I doubt you train your employees to say something like that, but one said it to me regarding the problem I was having with my door/window and a bad leak.The next company I called sent someone out to my house and fixed the problem within an hour. Two types of companies out there . . .
I highly recommend Auto Xperts for any car service. They are professionals and get the work done on time. I truly appreciate their hard work. Also, I want to thank John for being patient with me when I was asking tons of questions. Thank you!
Did my balljoints and I will admit they damaged one going in. However a visit to the owner Chris left me feeling like they would make it right and they did. I don't expect people to be perfect but I trust their competence and standing by their work. They've won me over as a customer and I will be returning in the future.
We LOVE Auto Xperts! We have been using this company for 15 years. Started using them off N. Monroe, and were so excited when they opened a service center off Capital Circle NE. They are always friendly, and most importantly, honest!!! Would highly recommend them!
Superb service, excellently and quickly done, and at a surprisingly low price — about half the dealer labor rate. My issue was the replacement of a failed electronic/display-screen unit. I probably got a little lucky with the super-quick turnaround. All that said, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer and technical service. Kudos to Booth and John, and to “BT”, who did the actual work.
We broke down going through Tallahassee florida and the owner at Auto Xperts helped us when everybody else put us on a waiting list for 4 days. He did an amazing job getting us ready for our travels back to Indiana. Their friendliness and professionalism is unbelievably amazing. Customer service is out of this world. We highly recommend them.
Had our first experience there when our truck broke down in Tallahassee last week. We are new to Florida and we were actually 30 miles from our town, so after reading reviews for the shops in the area we settled on Auto Xperts. They were great, we were able to go have lunch and stay in town a few hours so they could fix it that day, saving us money on having to get a rental car. The guys in the shop that we dealt with (John & Booth) are very very knowledgeable and very nice, we felt the price was fair, especially considering we were 1st time customers and just showed up, we were lucky they had time to fit us in! Definetly recommend them. Our other truck is currently on it's way there now for repair and we are thankful to have found a good shop! Although it's a 30 mile drive from home, it's well worth it when u get good service! Thanks guys!
