Great service, communicated options, needs, and recommendations.
I have a driver's side window that won't roll up but I had it up thank God when I took it in to have something else fixed. Unfortunately somebody rolled down the window and now I can't get it back up. And when I tried to I reimbursed my lower back and now the rain can get inside until I can get it fixed. I know they didn't know the issue with the window. And service has been great otherwise. Just frustrating.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Recently I happen to breakdown right in front of Auto Xperts and coasted into their parking lot where two employees came out to help me push my vehicle into their parking lot. They were willing and able to work me in the same day and had my vehicle ready that afternoon.Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Don went out of his way to find the solution to my 2002 T-Bird instrument cluster problem that the Ford dealerships in Tallahassee and Havana had been unable to fix. The solution was very affordable and they fixed the car as soon as the part was delivered to the shop. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and and how the staff went the extra mile to get the vehicle operating correctly. Auto Xperts is a great shop, they work with me on trying to get the best fix at a price including working with me on hard to find parts for my SAAB cars. The guys really do a great job on the work, and troubleshooting. I have been using Auto Xperts for several years now and would not consider going to any other shop.
