I've taken my cars to Auto Experts for oil changes and general repairs for over 5 years now. They always have done fantastic work, are up front and get repairs done in a timely manner.
Jud and Don were great to work with. This shop was recommended to us by Discount Tire on Killearn Center Blvd (also a great shop). We let Don know we had just bought the vehicle and needed to get some things looked at. They preformed a “travel inspection” and looked over everything for us. They were honest about services that had already been preformed and we truly feel like they only did what was necessary to get the car running in tip top shape so as not to rip us off. They even fit us in when they didn’t have any appointments available because they knew we’d be going out of town and wanted to make sure the car would run safely for us on our trip. It was our first time in but it won’t be our last and we’d trust any of our vehicles to them. Great communication, on time services and thorough inspection and it’s no wonder they have so many other great reviews! Thanks guys!

A friend recommended Auto Xperts to me when I moved to Tallahassee. I'm so glad she did. They are very professional and reasonably priced.
Critical: Professionalism, ValueI will not be back. First I was never given any pricing for anything. Second I was over charged for labor. If I was only charged for a 1/6 of an hour, which is all it took for the swap that I could have done if I was told they were going to charge me that much, was $42, There is no way labor costs 240/hr. And when confronted about it was told oh we were going to charge you for a 1/4 of an hour but only charged you for the 1/6 and that labor is over 100/hr. Someone obviously doesn't know how to do math and was pulling a fast one. That is ok, am disputing it with my credit card company. If someone calls you need to be upfront about costs, especially when you are charging $70 just to diagnose it but do nothing but read the code.
Went in to have my car checked up before I left town for a long trip. Had all four tires replaced and a few other minor fixes. Decent service. Unfortunately, within 50 miles one of the tires was unfit to drive and the spare needed to be put on. I had to buy another new tire from put of town and bring my car back later to get a replacement tire. I got the tire replaced and made it about 300 miles on it before the replaced tire went flat and is destroyed. I had to buy a second new tire out of town to get my car moving again. Unfortunately I have had to spend an extra $300+ on tires after having all 4 replaced. No issues with the two tires I bought out of town and no issues in the wheel well, leaving me to believe there was an issue with the two tires from Auto Xperts. I am no longer in Tallahassee and they have said they can't help because of that.
This place is great. I recently switched from the mechanic I used for a decade and after my second visit I felt a part of the family. They have coupons online most of the time to help save some money. The staff told me exactly what was wrong and what was worth fixing and what could wait. They definitely are in the business of building long term relationships instead of ripping people off. I highly recommend them!
This was my first time at Auto Xperts, and I was overall very pleased with my service on my Honda Civic. You do have to make an appointment, which I'm not used to doing with just getting an oil change, BUT I would have to say that it was worth having to wait a little longer. Everyone was courteous and professional and seemed knowledgeable, and it was cheaper than Take 5 by a lot. I got a full synthetic oil change for $60 while I have always chosen to get semi-synthetic at Take 5 (~$65) because the full was prohibitively expensive.

They do the job fast but very very expensive and after you go once you always have to come back it makes me feel like they are doing something on purpose that I never even had a problem with before so be careful!!!
